As an Agent/ Sales Manager, you will be working with your Manager/ Mentor to hire 3-5 independent agents, full-time tor part-time. As a qualified Sales Manager, in addition to daily commissions from your own sales, you are also eligible for additional weekly commissions and monthly bonuses based on your sales team's performance. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients, assessing their insurance needs, and providing personalized recommendations tailored to their specific circumstances.
