Working in a National Park is amazing.
Management could care less about their employees. If you work anywhere in the park, besides Mammoth, you will never see or hear from your manager. You are on your own.

Not much. They are only concerned with themselves. New buildings, offices and no respect for the needs of the "seasonal" staff.
Send managers to train on how to be role models, check in on their employees and make the experience better than below average.
Research.
Below average. The top end is paid more than adequately but anyone not working in Gardiner or Bozeman is paid at an alarmingly low rate.
