A hospital-employed ENT (Otolaryngology) clinic in Northwest Arkansas is seeking a full-time NP or PA to join a busy, established outpatient practice.
Highlights:
100% outpatient ENT clinic
Monday-Friday schedule
No weekends, no call
Strong physician support and experienced clinical staff
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and manage patients with ENT conditions in an outpatient setting
Perform follow-up visits, routine ENT care, and patient education
Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests
Document care in the EMR and coordinate referrals as needed
Requirements:
Licensed NP or PA
Board certified or eligible
ENT, primary care, or surgical specialty experience preferred (training available)
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range: $115,000 - $160,000
