Twin Lakes Counseling is an insurance-based group psychotherapy practice in Federal Way, Washington. We are dedicated to making transformative mental health counseling and family therapy accessible to our community. We are looking for clinical mental health counselors or marriage and family therapists currently enrolled in COAMFTE- or CACREP-accredited masters programs for our competitive internship program.
We are no longer accepting applications for the fall (September and October).
Candidates must be independent, driven, collaborative, and able to enhance our fun, connected, and positive-minded team of therapists. Evening and weekend availability to see clients is required, and incoming clinicians must be able to offer in-person sessions at our beautiful Federal Way office at least one day per week. Prior experience in crisis counseling, domestic violence advocacy, or other service areas a plus
Ability to offer bilingual therapy services is a plus
Required education:
Completed Bachelors degree, preferably in a psychology-related field
Currently enrolled in a CACREP- or COAMFTE-accredited Masters program

Candidate qualifications:

Completes monthly reports of services provided and scheduled for the sites.

Works in collaboration with the nurse and nutrition consultants to schedule regular monitoring of children's files.
Regularly reviews children's files to ensure accurate documentation of health requirements and that documentation matches the data in the data management system.
Works with the Home Base team to schedule and coordinate trainings for staff and parents on health needs of children under the age of five.
Collaborates with Director of Health, Wellness, & Diverse Learners to schedule Health Service Advisory Committee meetings twice per year; handles logistics of meetings including setting up the room, copying handouts, and taking minutes.
