People are friendly, you get your bonuses quarterly
Management lacks transparency-someone had hacked into the system and stole various employees identities. Management lied and said our system was just down but had to pay a ransom to get everything back up and running. They didnt notify employees until 3 months later and thru a letter in the mail. Very underpaid and health insurance is not that great Management isnt very supportive when it comes to training and they will let you go without any warnings. No write ups or IEP's. Favoritism and gossip happens a lot in this company
never met the CEO, he was hardly in the office but required everyone else to be in the office
This company did a lot of shady things and are very unstable. I wouldnt waste my time here unless they cleaned house and brought in new management
I was being paid below average, even with my quarterly bonuses
They did a pretty good job in this area
Good working conditions. Communication with upper mngt. Safety oriented.
working conditions. HR does not work for the employee, Does not listen, follow up or care.
Great ins. ... A lot of PTO (even for new hires) Family, they care about. Paid holidays. ect.
You have to follow chain of command but if the chain is broken you can go straight to the top WITH OUT any repercussion. They all are like family...They Listen
Nothing to improve
Knowledge is the key. For new hires they must be willing to work as a team and be willing to learn new ways
Pay is lower... attidude is higher

working with the residents and mngt. to make PEOPLE in general HAPPY.
Under pay Little to No support from corp Employee attrition
Not enough perks to compensate for lack of pay
Very poor
On-site managers Better communication with residents Honest about community issues Prompt repair of community facilities when required A broken main security gate has been broken for almost 6 months Anyone can enter anytime Brick perimeter fence broken down from teens continually hopping over it Feral cats everywhere Coyotes come in to community to feast on the same feral cats leaving dead carcass in community No noise control or speed control cars speeding through with loud music and don’t stop at signs It’s the wild Wild West here
