Your Role at YES
In this role, you will be playing an active role in the selling of new, used, and foreclosed properties in your community. You will be working with a high performing team driven by success and will be delivering the highest quality of service to prospective home buyers. You will also be involved in various projects pertaining to sales and could very well be liaison between YES! Communities staff and potential/existing home owners. Your correspondence with prospects will include phone calls, e-mail and social media, and physical delivery of flyers and promotions to residents. This will include physically walking around the property to meet with residents in their homes, and providing tours on foot.

Hire, train, motivate and manage onsite staff.
