Responsibilities: Resolve basic to complex retail site systems, hardware, and software issues to completion; Provide operational support of Yesway retail systems infrastructure including point of sale, back office, credit and fuel network; Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, and configuring systems and applications per defined procedures; Assist in software releases and roll-outs; Participate in onsite regional store migrations; Record, track and document the service desk request problem-solving process; Perform post-resolution follow ups with end users, as required; Develop help sheets and FAQ lists for end users, when applicable; Evaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends for ways to prevent future problems; Escalate problems (when required) and alert management to emerging trends in incidents; Reinforce SLAs to manage end-user expectations; and Independent travel 10%, after hours, weekend and holiday work required. Qualifications: Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience; Two to four years' experience in a retail store technology environment including point of sale, fuel, credit, back office and daily book accounting processes required, convenience store technology environment preferred; Proven knowledge of Windows operating systems, PCs, printers, networking hardware, and other hardware, such as hard drives, video cards, cabling, routers, and hubs; Experience using productivity software (MS Office suite and Remote Support Tools); Experience with PDI/Enterprise 8 preferred; High level of personal accountability; Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills; Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously; and Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities. Qualifications: 15 or more years of IT experience in both hardware and software, ideally in the gas and convenience store industry, with a strong technical background, startup experience, and/or end-to-end platform/application development. Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field. A master's degree in information technology or a technology-related discipline is preferred or proven related experience. Five plus years of experience in a management or senior leadership position leading a technology team. Previous technology strategic planning experience with a proven ability to develop and execute a vision for the company's technical direction. Proven ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with peers, brand leaders, and other senior management throughout the company. Proven project management leadership experience and budget management experience. In-depth understanding of the industry. Effective time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills. Responsibilities: Ensure adherence with IT policies, procedures, and processes in accordance with business and regulatory requirements; Develop and lead the global information technology compliance program in the areas of information security (PCI, PII, etc.), working in partnership with key stakeholders in the company that include Operations, Legal, Finance, and HR; Create IT standard operating procedures and ensure adherence to the organization's SOPs, IT Controls framework, and System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring current projects meet business and regulatory requirements; Manage responses to all IT related audits and privacy related inspections, including PCI, PII and Financial SOX; Use technical knowledge to create solutions for system deficiencies and support continuous quality improvement to IT processes and procedures; Ensure timely completion of regulatory documentation, including compliance related to PCI; Manage relationships with and audit services of external service providers (SAAS and cloud) to ensure SLA compliance with internal security and compliance requirements; Review and approve network security-related changes as part of a corporate change management process; and Assist peers in related responsibilities, as appropriate, during installation and relocation of infrastructure. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and related experience; Four or more years' experience in Information Security and IT Quality-related areas; In depth knowledge and understanding of Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS), compliance requirements and experience developing and implementing PCI compliance policies and procedures; Excellent attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving abilities; Ability to manage multiple shifting priorities and direct the work of others to meet deliverable due dates; Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data and other pertinent information to a variety of audiences; and Highly ethical and transparent, with professional sensitivity and care for confidentiality. Position Responsibilities: Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to regulatory agencies and internal management; Lead process for obtaining and maintaining a variety of licenses and permits for all existing and new locations - including business, taxation, food, liquor, and tobacco; Maintain and use the licensing database to ensure all renewals are submitted in a complete and timely manner, avoiding penalty and interest charges. Manage multiple project deadlines and multi-task to meet those deadlines; and In coordination with internal legal counsel, mediate violations and fines with regulatory agencies, negotiate abatement efforts and coordinate timely resolution of such violations and fines (e.g. payment, corrective actions). Coordinate abatement efforts with internal stakeholders and communicate those efforts to regulators.
