Howard Lerman (born February 27, 1980) is an entrepreneur. Lerman is the CEO of Yext, a technology startup and Software as a Service company he co-founded that provides businesses with a way to update business information, including addresses and phone numbers, to multiple channels, such as landing pages, listings, and social pages, from a single source, the Yext Knowledge Engine. Lerman also launched Confide, an iOS app which allows professionals to send one another messages that are untraceable, operating similarly to Snapchat, but for the business world.

Marc Ferrentino has been a Chief Strategy Officer at Yext, Inc. since November 3, 2015. Marc Ferrentino is responsible for partnerships, Yext's global Xone and PowerListings publisher networks, corporate development, and strategic initiatives. He has been very active in the NY tech startup scene for 20 years and advises several startups. He was the Founder of Nomi Technologies, Inc. in 2012 and served as its Chief Executive Officer until September 29, 2015. Marc Ferrentino served as an Advisor at Work Market Inc. He served as the Chief Technical Officer for SaaS at BMC Software. He served as Vice President of Development at InternetCash.com. He served as the Chief Technical Architect at Salesforce.com. He held several positions with Salesforce.com including roles in R&D, Customer Success, Sales, and Enterprise Strategy. Marc Ferrentino served as Vice President of Engineering at Vettro Corp. He worked as a Senior Executive in R&D, Product Development, Marketing, Sales, and Enterprise Strategy for high growth technology companies throughout his career. He serves on the Advisory Board of WorkMarket, Payfone, Breadcrumb POS (acquired by Groupon), and SalesPredict. Over the course of his career, Marc Ferrentino held technology positions at Goldman Sachs and Westinghouse/Cutler-Hammer. Marc Ferrentino holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan and participated in the M.A. of Statistics with a concentration in Finance program at Columbia University.

David Rudnitsky is the President and Chief Revenue Officer at Yext.

Rudnitsky has over 35 years of technology and cloud sales experience, having successfully led enterprise sales for a number of leading disruptive tech companies. Prior to Yext, he spent 12 years at Salesforce, scaling the enterprise sales team and helping to lead the company from $51 million in revenue at IPO to nearly $6 billion. Additionally, he authored The Sales Playbook, which is featured in Salesforce Founder & CEO Marc Benioff's best-seller, Behind the Cloud. Prior to Salesforce, he led enterprise sales teams at Ariba, Netscape, and Oracle.

Rob serves as Yext’s Chief Technology Officer. He joined the company in 2009 as a software engineer and has since served in various development and product roles. Prior to joining Yext, Rob was a software engineer at Google.

Rob graduated with B.S. degrees in EECS (Electrical Engineering & Computer Science) and Physics from M.I.T., where he also earned an M.S. in computer engineering.
