Summary: The purpose of this position is to coordinate with outside processes to ensure all materials enter shipping promptly, enabling efficient load building and supporting loading activities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Directs movement of shipments from shipping and inventory areas to shipping locations by work order Compiles records on incomplete orders using BPCS and ADC Review daily schedules for load size destination and carrier accuracy Prepares bills of lading and packing list. Loading and unloading of packages up to at least 70 lbs. Communicates and coordinates with appropriate packing departments, shipping personnel, and production planners OMC. Submits proper documents and notifications to carriers Coordinate with loading and sorting team leads on missing or damaged material Must be able to operate a fork truck and yard truck (preferred) Education/Experience: High School diploma/GED (minimum) Have a good understanding of BPCS & ADC systems Good communications and computer skills Ability to add & subtract, multiply, divide. Knowledge of inventory procedures and transactions Ability to carry out detail written or oral instructions Forklift and material handling experience Be vigilant about safety Quality - conscious, oriented to excellence Travel Requirements: The travel required for this position is 1%. Summary of Primary Functions: Haul materials and supplies with a lift truck (Bobcat) that are too heavy or too bulky to be handled manually. Maintain general housekeeping of plant. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: All employees are required to follow all Safety and Quality rules and processes to ensure a safe working environment, and the production of high-quality products. Operate Bobcat to deliver Styrofoam insulation, wood and steel forms, and other bulky materials to production beds as needed. Load strand cages and move to beds and pull wire wagon alongside production beds as needed. Transport vibratracs to and from bed and scrape area outside QC Lab daily. Wash screeds daily. Clean production areas using scrape bucket and power sweeper. Off load trucks for Material Control as needed. Dump trash, waste materials, etc. from dumpsters daily; dispose of piled trash, wood, insulation, strands, rubble, etc. Pull magnet through roadways daily or as weather permits. Perform miscellaneous duties as directed by Supervisor. Job Specifications or Qualifications: Certificates, Licenses, Registration: Certified in AWS Positions: SMAW-3F and SMAW-4F, and a valid driver's license.
