The Cincinnati branch pushes for a positive work environment , have several programs to help people to advance , alot of different programs to help employees that may fall on hard times and alot of attention to detail with activities and 1on 1 meetings to listen to employees side on things and opinions on what can make things better

Really nothing I can say I don't like

Quick coverage on insurance , personal days to use if sick and if something goes wrong for me they have programs to help with rebuilding and finances to put a person back on their feet

I was the person making sure my co workers met their daily goals

Not enough advancement.
