It felt very much like a family, everyone was always included and cared for.
They had odd hours.
They worked around my schedule and they treated me amazingly.
I love working with the kids! All of the coworkers are so nice.
It’s sometimes hard to know what I’m doing and I like to help out so I want stuff to do!

I loved working with the kids there and meeting the other workers and learning from them made the job easier because of what I learned from them and becoming responsible after kids and lookin my over them. Learning how to multitask. Watching over the kids, helping other workers clean up or set things up too.
I lived everything about the job there was not one thin I disliked it was an overall fun and rewarding job.
I didn’t get perks or benefits because I was new and it was through my high school work program.
I loved being around my kids and seeing their happy faces everyday.

Nothing really it was really nice only thing was that I personally believe we overhired last year so our hours available to pick up went down.

This seems to be a great job for those with kids or those who could use flexible schedules for making appointments and stuff. They've even let full time staff bring kids to work and hang out in their office sick.
Go somewhere else if it's affordable or convenient. I worked at a YMCA for 8 years and I can say that most of their swimming instructors, personal trainers, etc. are people who are not qualified at all for the job. It's really a total crap-shoot as to whether or not you get someone good.
