I like working with kids.
Everything was ok
Playing with the kids seeing them have a good time
I enjoy working at the YMCA for several reasons. Firstly, the sense of community here is incredible, and it's fulfilling to be part of it. Secondly, I appreciate the opportunity to make a positive impact on the youth of the community through the youth development programs. Working with diverse groups of individuals is both rewarding and enriching. Lastly, knowing that I contribute to a non-profit organization's meaningful mission aligns with my personal values and goals.
In my previous job, I occasionally found the lack of opportunities for professional growth challenging. However, I took the initiative to seek out additional responsibilities and training to continue developing my skills and contribute more effectively to the team and I got a lot of that through my schooling as well.
