The Hybrid Counselor is responsible for leading a group at Lake Stockwell Day Camp or serving as a lifeguard during the program day. They are also responsible for assisting with evening programming and other events at Overnight Camp. They live in a cabin at with up to 7 campers. The Hybrid Counselor role is a safety-sensitive position.

Responsibilities
Provide instruction, supervision, and safety for all campers in program areas and cabins.
Assist campers with achieving their goals.

Supervise and participate in all assigned aspects of the campers' day, including but not limited to camper check-in and check-out, mealtimes, activities, and evening duties as assigned.
Attend and participate in All Staff Training.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Previous camp experience or experience working with groups of children is preferred.
Ability to lead and instruct a group of campers in program.
Have knowledge of safety, equipment care, inventory, skill instruction, and progressive age-appropriate programming.
Must be able to identify age and grade level characteristics of campers.
Training and certification will be provided during All Staff Training.

Coordinates the revenue cycle process for transplant accounts. Responsible for obtaining payer prior authorization of transplant accounts. Determines CHW's network status with payer to ensure satisfactory financial outcomes for CHW/MCW and the patient family.
Prepares cost estimates and obtains Administrative approval as needed. Oversees the billing of transplant accounts to ensure that claims are submitted within the proper date parameters, sent to the proper addresses, and contractual discounts are applied according to the applicable contracts. Works with the transplant coordinators to ensure that donor charges are correctly identified, entered, and billed for.
Maintains payer website(s) to ensure accurate claims processing by transplant network(s).
Assists staff with follow-up when necessary to ensure prompt payment of transplant claims. Processes bundled package claims that include professional charges according to transplant contract guidelines. Reconciles bundled billed accounts to ensure proper payment for hospital and professional claims. Prepares check requests as needed.
Meets with prospective transplant families to assess insurance coverage and keep the family informed of coverage issues and potential out of pocket costs. Reviews primary insurance coverage, secondary insurance coverage, out of pocket costs to include co-pay's, deductibles, co-insurance, max benefit levels, and non-covered services. Reviews prior authorization requirements and keeps family informed of the status of prior authorization requests. Also reviews with the family eligibility requirements for government programs including, Medicare, Medicaid (SSI and State), and any other funding sources that may be available. Serves as the primary liaison between the insurance company(s) and the clinical team. Serves as the primary contact point for transplant patient families regarding insurance and payment questions
Assists Access Center Team to coordinate the revenue cycle process for out of service area (including international) patients. Prepares cost estimates and obtains Administrative approval as needed. Oversees the billing of out of service area accounts to ensure that claims are submitted within the proper date parameters, sent to the proper addresses, and contractual discounts are applied according to the applicable contracts. Collects pre-payments as needed. Serves as primary contact for patients, providers, and payers for out of service area accounts. Reconciles hospital and professional charges against payments received as necessary. Prepares check requests as needed.
Assists Access Team to coordinate the revenue cycle process for international patients seen through the Embassy payment program. Prepares bundled billing packages for submission to Embassy payers. Responsibilities
As a Building Engineer with Hines, you will maintain basic operation and maintenance of all building equipment and systems by routinely reviewing operating conditions and established programs with Supervisor to understand and resolve any abnormal operating issues. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems including, but not limited to pumps, chillers, boilers, air compressors and air handling units.
Make adjustments and changes to HVAC and related equipment in order to maintain established operating criteria within the guidelines set forth by the Supervisor.
Perform general repairs, maintenance and replacement of building components including, but not limited to: building fixtures and appliances, plumbing and electrical.
Participate in the water treatment chemical programs established in the property.
Maintain operation logs and files, where appropriate, to include, but not limited to: central plant operations, chemical consumption logs and other equipment or operation inspection logs specific to the property.
Apply working knowledge and skills in HVAC distribution and controls in order to make adjustments and/or corrective actions to resolve work orders.
Provide prompt and courteous response to tenant requests within the guidelines set forth by Hines.
Maintain ethical, professional, and courteous relations with contractors and tenants.
Establish and maintain a cooperative working relationship with the entire operation staff and perform as a team member.
Demonstrate full competency in all current Hines and property emergency procedures including but not limited to:
Assist with directing building occupants with evacuations
Assist with bomb searches
Assist with life safety system alarms
Assist emergency authorities and response teams
Utilize fire alarm and life safety systems at assigned property and make adjustments as needed.
Adhere to all Hines and property policies and procedures and perform all duties in a safe manner and help ensure compliance with city, state and federal safety and environmental laws, codes, standards, and regulations.
Actively participate in required training activities and seminars.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements include:
High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
Two years commercial HVAC or related experience.
Successful completion of the Hines “Introduction to Engineering” training program.
Functional knowledge of the Engineering Assessment Guidelines and can demonstrate proficiency in the assigned area(s) of the Guidelines.
Read and use all types of testing equipment, analog digital multi-meters, pressure, and temperature indicating and recording devices, air flow measuring devices, and leak detection devices.
Knowledge and proper use of basic hand tools (i.e., socket sets, wrenches, pliers, screwdrivers, saws, and hammers, etc.).
Read and understand a variety of instructions, including equipment instruction manuals, furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
Understand correct usage of power tools (pneumatic, electric or engine drive), drill motors, saws, grinder, and impact wrenches, etc.
Compute basic mathematical equations for equipment performance testing and building operations.
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Possess sufficient computer skills to effectively administer required engineering programs.
Interact with employees, visitors and contractors with poise and diplomacy.
Maintain calm demeanor in emergency situations.
Understand and apply correct usage of all personal safety equipment.
When applicable, obtain required city and/or government licenses or permits (i.e., Boiler Operating Permit, State Maintenance Electrician's License, EPA CFC Universal Certification Technician certificate, etc.).
Work indoors approximately 80% of the time and outdoors approximately 20% of the time.
Use olfactory, auditory, and visual senses.
Work standing all day.
Ability to lift 25 lbs. or more.
Climb up and down stairs and ladders.
Access remote work areas and confined spaces (i.e., crawl spaces, roofs).
Use full range of manual dexterity (i.e., sitting, squatting, bending, kneeling, walking, and lifting).
Meet the shift working requirements of the assigned property; shifts may include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
Work overtime as business needs deem appropriate.

Job Summary
Responsible for researching and resolving all Professional Billing overpaid and underpaid balances. This role will also be responsible for reviewing insurance underpayments to ensure claims are paid at maximum reimbursement from third party payers, state programs and contracted organizations for Children's Wisconsin and Children's Specialty Group. This role is also responsible for following-up on customer inquiries related to overpayments and underpayments.
Essential Functions
Investigates credit balances to include research of EOB's and verification of accurate contractual discounts. Reviews written requests for refunds from insurance companies and other payers to protect CHW's financial interests and completes appropriate paperwork for management authorization.
Maintains knowledge of primary care and complex specialty billing guidelines pertaining to each provider group for Professional Billing.
Collaborates with Payer Contracting team and maintains current knowledge of managed care payer contracts and third-party payer billing/reimbursement policies for Professional Billing along with all lines of business (Government, HMO and Commercial).
Identifies coding issues relating to CPT-4 and ICD-10 and use of appropriate modifiers that resulted in overpayments/underpayments balances. Collaborates with leadership and coding team on resolution.
Utilizes payer websites to verify patient insurance information, claim status/payments/denials/appeals as necessary.
Analyzes and investigates improper insurance credits, identify and/or track trends associated to payers. Keeping leads and management appraised of identified issues having an impact on reimbursement.
Works with Lead and Manager to resolve claim/credit issues.
Submits written and online correspondences and appeals to payers when disputing a refund/recoup request as needed to obtain maximum reimbursement.
Maintains productivity and quality standards as set by management.
Education:
High School graduate or Certificate of General Educational Development (GED) or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED) or Certificate of General Educational Development (GED) required
Experience:
2+ years of experience in professional billing and follow up required
Pediatric experience preferred
Prior experience in a large health system working with professional billing claims and functions preferred
Medical billing experience preferred
Prior credit resolution/payment posting experience preferred
Experience in Epic Resolute preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Working knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10 and CPT.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Interpersonal skills necessary to efficiently respond to questions from patients, parents, clinic staff and insurance companies to effectively resolve billing issues.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and technology skills required to perform duties.

Responsibilities
As a Building Engineer with Hines, you will maintain basic operation and maintenance of all building equipment and systems by routinely reviewing operating conditions and established programs with Supervisor to understand and resolve any abnormal operating issues. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems including, but not limited to pumps, chillers, boilers, air compressors and air handling units.
* Make adjustments and changes to HVAC and related equipment in order to maintain established operating criteria within the guidelines set forth by the Supervisor.
* Perform general repairs, maintenance and replacement of building components including, but not limited to: building fixtures and appliances, plumbing and electrical.
* Participate in the water treatment chemical programs established in the property.
* Maintain operation logs and files, where appropriate, to include, but not limited to: central plant operations, chemical consumption logs and other equipment or operation inspection logs specific to the property.
* Apply working knowledge and skills in HVAC distribution and controls in order to make adjustments and/or corrective actions to resolve work orders.
* Provide prompt and courteous response to tenant requests within the guidelines set forth by Hines.
* Maintain ethical, professional, and courteous relations with contractors and tenants.
* Establish and maintain a cooperative working relationship with the entire operation staff and perform as a team member.
* Demonstrate full competency in all current Hines and property emergency procedures including but not limited to:
* Assist with directing building occupants with evacuations
* Assist with bomb searches
* Assist with life safety system alarms
* Assist emergency authorities and response teams
* Utilize fire alarm and life safety systems at assigned property and make adjustments as needed.
* Adhere to all Hines and property policies and procedures and perform all duties in a safe manner and help ensure compliance with city, state and federal safety and environmental laws, codes, standards, and regulations.
* Actively participate in required training activities and seminars.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements include:
* High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
* Two years commercial HVAC or related experience.
* Successful completion of the Hines "Introduction to Engineering" training program.
* Functional knowledge of the Engineering Assessment Guidelines and can demonstrate proficiency in the assigned area(s) of the Guidelines.
* Read and use all types of testing equipment, analog digital multi-meters, pressure, and temperature indicating and recording devices, air flow measuring devices, and leak detection devices.
* Knowledge and proper use of basic hand tools (i.e., socket sets, wrenches, pliers, screwdrivers, saws, and hammers, etc.).
* Read and understand a variety of instructions, including equipment instruction manuals, furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
* Understand correct usage of power tools (pneumatic, electric or engine drive), drill motors, saws, grinder, and impact wrenches, etc.
* Compute basic mathematical equations for equipment performance testing and building operations.
* Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
* Possess sufficient computer skills to effectively administer required engineering programs.
* Interact with employees, visitors and contractors with poise and diplomacy.
* Maintain calm demeanor in emergency situations.
* Understand and apply correct usage of all personal safety equipment.
* When applicable, obtain required city and/or government licenses or permits (i.e., Boiler Operating Permit, State Maintenance Electrician's License, EPA CFC Universal Certification Technician certificate, etc.).
