Conduct orientation appointment with patient.
Greet patient at the designated meeting point of facility.

Enter pre-assessment data into REDCap and EIMG Pro Consult Summary form.
File completed patient paperwork per HIPAA compliant guidelines.
Session Preparation
Assemble Patient Information Packet to be distributed to patients at first session.
Ensure location is available/reserved for sessions (i.e. classroom), if applicable.
Plan session exercise prescriptions, including any applicable supplies needed (i.e. white boards, posters, etc).
Gather all necessary equipment and supplies for session.
Check voicemail and email for cancellations or notifications of absences prior to every session.

Conduct 12-week program comprised of one-hour sessions held twice a week.

Complete final data entries into REDCap
Complete EIMG Pro Consult Summary Form for all patients who attended one or more sessions with the EIMG Pro, including patients who dropped prior to completing the 12-weekprogram. A form for each patient must be completed and sent to the appropriate EIMG Coordinator/RN Care Coordinator, via secure fax line, within one business day
Stay alert to any and all problems that may occur during assessments and/or members exercising including correcting any improper training techniques.

Responsibilities
Leadership & Supervision
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of maintenance staff across multiple facilities or program areas.
Assign, inspect, and evaluate work performed by maintenance technicians, providing coaching, feedback, and performance input.

Risk Management and Safety
Ensure compliance with YMCA, OSHA, DHEC, and other regulatory standards.

Qualifications
Associate degree in facilities management, construction management, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
Minimum 5 years of progressive maintenance experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage projects, and make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems, as well as preventive maintenance scheduling.

Arrives at the branch YMCA in a timely manner in order to clock or sign in and make necessary preparations to teach the class.
Begins and ends classes on time.
Is prepared to teach the assigned class by establishing and announcing the class format and design. All equipment and music is appropriate for the class.
All classes taught include a warm up, main body, and cool down (warm down-water classes) and stretch.

Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and oversee logistics of off-site field trips prior to staff training.
Communicate with outside vendors in order to confirm reservations, parking, waivers needed, etc.
Report all program changes to Site Leader & Youth Program Director.
Build and maintain positive relationships at all times with children, parents and co-workers.
Organize & keep track of bus rosters and admin materials as needed.
Develop positive parent communication explaining details of each field trip to be included in the weekly newsletter.
Communicate daily updates to directors during field trips to ensure smooth transitions.
Lead staff training on field trip essentials and safety.
Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
Build and maintain order and enthusiasm in a group.
Driving a 14 passenger mini-bus.
Create an environment that promotes belonging, achievement and relationships among participants and staff.
Adhere to all program rules as outlined in the Staff Manual, Personnel Policy, and Code of Conduct and Risk Management Manual and any other program specific guidelines.
Assist in maintaining program standards at all times in regards to Quality Check Standards and Licensing Regulations.
Assist in maintaining accurate records at all times to include:
Attendance rosters
Medication Logs
Adhere to policies related to boundaries with consumers
Attend/complete required abuse risk management training
Adhere to procedures related to managing high-risk activities and supervising consumers
Follow mandated reporting requirements
Adhere to job specific abuse risk management responsibilities
Qualifications
At least 20 years of age.
High School diploma or GED.
Valid Driver's License.
Ability to drive a 14 passenger mini-bus.
At least 2 seasons of experience or years working with youth.
Able to communicate and enforce policies and procedures to members, program participants, and guests.
Able to react quickly and properly in emergency situations.
Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Must complete New Staff Orientation, Child Abuse Prevention, and Blood Bourne Pathogen training within first 30-days of employment.

Act in a lead role to provide assistance with staff scheduling and questions regarding daily operations.
Supervise and manage groups of school age children during homework; lead them in physical activity games, arts and crafts, nutrition lessons, etc.
Develop and implement lesson plans for program times utilizing risk management guidelines, developmental characteristics, variety, creativity, and through weekly themes and activities.
Maintain equipment and facilities, and use only in an appropriate manner.
Report all program changes to Site Leader or Youth Program Director.
Be prepared for program responsibilities as assigned including lesson plans, devotions, group activities, Family Events and water activities.
Assist in Parents Night Out and Special Events as required.
Build and maintain positive relationships at all times with children, parents and co-workers.
Create an environment that promotes belonging, achievement, and relationships.
Adhere to all program rules as outlined in the Staff Manual, Personnel Policy, and Code of Conduct and Risk Management Manual and any other program specific guidelines.
Assist in maintaining program standards at all times in regards to Quality Check Standards and Licensing Regulations.
Encouraged to participate in the YMCA's annual support scholarship campaign.

Pre-Camp Training.

Responsibilities
Instruction & Program Delivery
Prepare and lead assigned swim classes with appropriate structure, instructional methods, and equipment.
Keep lessons dynamic by incorporating new skills, drills, and progressions to support ongoing development.
Provide timely, accurate, and constructive feedback to participants (or their parents) about their progress and areas for improvement.
Participant Engagement & Customer Service
Greet and welcome participants at the beginning of each class to create a positive and engaging tone.
Respond appropriately and promptly to all member and guest needs or concerns, escalating unresolved issues to the supervisor.
Facility & Equipment Care
Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked, and organized work area.
Report equipment needs or concerns to the supervisor promptly.
Ensure all aquatics equipment is properly cleaned and stored after each session.
Professional Standards
Wear the required uniform to uphold a professional appearance and align with YMCA branding standards.
Maintain current instructional certifications relevant to the position.
Child Safety & Risk Management
Maintain vigilance in supervising aquatic environments, including locker rooms, restrooms, and storage areas.
Consistently follow safety procedures during instruction, transitions, and emergencies.
Other Expectations
Adhere to policies related to boundaries with consumers.
Attend/complete required abuse risk management training

Qualifications
Minimum age: 16 years old (or 15 with valid Red Cross or similar certification).
Experience in aquatics instruction, lifeguarding, or youth programming preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills with enthusiasm for youth development and safety.
Ability to enforce policies, respond calmly in emergencies, and lead structured swim instruction.
Certifications Required (within specified timeframes):
Bloodborne Pathogens Training - within 30 days
CPR, First Aid, and AED Certification - within 30 days
YMCA Swim Lesson Instructor (YSLI) Certification - within 6 months
