This position offers relocation assistance and is bonus eligible after personnel complete their onboarding period. Candidates must be comfortable working in expeditionary conditions and high-tempo training environments. Core Responsibilities: Deliver JTAC, JTAC-I, and JTAC-SEE instruction in classroom, field, and simulator-based settings. Support and track JTAC progression through training records, qualification folders, and reporting documentation. Implement and update CAS and SUAS training scenarios in accordance with service doctrine and unit guidance. Assist with range and air asset scheduling, deconfliction, and inter-unit coordination for live training execution. Act as Opposing Force (OPFOR) and deliver instruction in complex tactical environments. Support no-notice evaluations, sustain training documentation, and maintain unit academics programs. Participate in exercises, conferences, planning sessions, and symposiums. Provide emergency response support during training activities, including medical evacuation advisories.     Through YMCA Programs, the Physical Education Instructor will instruct P.E. courses to school age children. This position will encourage physical activity, teach a variety of sports and encourage all children to have fun while being physically active. Essential Functions: * Prepare classes for program participants. * Must be knowledgeable and skilled in teaching a variety of techniques to others. * Adapt teaching methods to meet member's needs. * Must be able to control groups of children. * Must be patient with all ages and skill levels of participants. When necessary offer individual coaching and advise in accordance with YMCA guidelines. * Have a passion for teaching children. Motivate all program participants. * Must be able to keep participants safe and secure. * Provide an environment that will keep participants wanting to come back. * Be knowledgeable in nutrition and general healthy living. * Able to quickly create mentoring relationships with children. * Arrange equipment before class when necessary.
