Dirk Langfoss is a Chief Executive Officer at YMCA of Dodge County and is based in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. Danielle Ferri (she/her/hers) is serving as Interim Co-CEO. She is the Chief Mission Impact and Advocacy Officer at the YWCA. With a mission to eliminate racism and empower women, Danielle oversees the programmatic initiatives that emphasize the mission and work toward creating change, including supporting the development and growth of the Westchester Center for Racial Equity and providing oversite to the Residence, women, and girl’s empowerment and advocacy work. Prior to joining the YWCA, Danielle was the Chief Operating Officer of an organization in the greater Philadelphia region providing shelter, counseling, education, outreach, and legal advocacy to domestic violence survivors and their children and the community. Danielle spent many years working in Philadelphia in the housing and homeless services sector and holds her M.S.W. from Temple University and a B.S/B.A. in Sociology and Religious Studies from Albright College in Reading, PA.
