Works with the Site Director regarding daily duties/ needs of the program; ensures classroom and materials are properly maintained sustains and engaging atmosphere throughout the day. Classroom Management: Create a nurturing and structured environment that supports children's emotional and social development. Use effective behavior management techniques to foster a positive and respectful atmosphere. Supervises children to ensure safety, appropriate behavior, and smooth transitions.
