Job Description
The Hospital Liaison works directly under the Hospital Liaison Supervisor in the Crisis Department. This person is responsible for providing clinical oversight, advocacy, and care coordination for individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis as soon as a crisis request is initiated. Participate in the resolution of systems issues identified by Customer Service staff and other members of the OCHN or SUD Team, including communicating relevant information, analyzing data / trends, and making recommendations, arranging provider education / training, and ensuring development and evaluation of improvement plans.
Participates in the resolution of Provider issues / complaints, including involvement in the Dispute Resolution process and Appeals process, if needed.
Implements identified initiatives and projects via participation in local, state, and federal collaborative activities.
Conducts annual audits for contracted providers to ensure contract compliance and quality service delivery.
Conducts clinical reviews to assess quality service delivery and provide feedback to providers on practice improvement. Conducts Sentinel Event clinical reviews, as requested, per the Sentinel Event policy.

Job Requirements and Qualifications
Education:
Master's degree in mental health field with a full unrestricted license.
Preferred Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates):

**The Role**
As a Senior Software Developer at Lumen, you will leverage cutting-edge technologies to design, develop, and deploy software solutions that drive innovation and efficiency. This role requires a solid understanding of modern coding practices, continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, and cloud-based deployment strategies.
**Location**

**The Main Responsibilities**
Develop, test, and maintain software applications using Java with experience in Node.js, VueJS, or NestJS. Python or GoLang is a plus.Build scalable and secure APIs and MicroApps for integration within complex systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitHub for seamless software delivery.Deploy applications to cloud-based environments, ensuring high availability and performance.Apply DevSecOps principles to enhance security and reliability in the development lifecycle.Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.Understand various network topologies and integrate software solutions accordingly.
**What We Look For in a Candidate**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
+ 4 to 6+ years of professional experience in software development, with demonstrated expertise in Java with experience in Node.js, VueJS, or NestJS.
+ Experience in cloud-based deployments.
+ Containerization with Docker, Kubernetes in AWS (EC2, ECS, EKS)
+ Database knowledge and experience in MongoDB, NoSQL, or PostgreSQL.
+ Familiarity with network topologies and network equipment configuration
+ Temporal.io workflow management preferred experience
+ Knowledge of generative AI development techniques and tools is a plus
+ Strong analytical skills and ability to adapt to changing technologies
**Compensation**
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
