You're helping people better themselves every day and unlike other gyms no hidden fees or membership contracts. It's all about helping people and the community be better places.
Could def use better pay or full time. They often times try to weasel out of paying raises or assigning you full time for benefits even when you just want the hours and will sign away your benefits.
