it was no completed because i already volunteered but volunteer programs setup did not work so i had to get hired to have "confimed reliable" insurance during the time that i teach
it is so low that i still see it as volunteering for the hour that i teach, because it is not worth to drive to a YMCA for a one hour session

to help others who are in desperate need to age gracefully and myself also join that effort with them
Somehow the Y has attracted great people over the years. My coworkers are some of the best people I've ever met. The people within Social Impact Center are doing a lot of really important and inspiring work. Also- many positions at Social Impact Center have flexible work schedules.
Mediocre pay and benefits, constant turnover in HR, and a CEO that takes home half a million. Lackluster focus on DEI despite having an "Equity and Justice Center."
