SUMMARY
Assistant Program Directors provide leadership across all of camp's summer programs. Assistant Program Director responsibilities include coaching and supervising staff, working with campers, managing the day-to-day operations of camp, and assisting in problem solving as unique and challenging situations arise. Previous experience working with large groups or managing others in a professional setting is required. Assistant Directors are supervised by Deputy Directors and Summer Program Directors and perform other duties as assigned. Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Supervises assigned seasonal staff by observing, coaching, providing feedback, evaluating, and assisting with problem solving.
* Supervises and assists with specific camper supervision. Ensures that all staff are accounting for campers and safety at all times, especially campers who need extra support.
* Plans and implements all camp programming and events.

* Maintains high standards of housekeeping including bathrooms, cabins and main lodge.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates at a seasonal residential camp, both inside and outdoors. Staff typically live in either shared cabins with campers, or in shared and housing with staff for the duration of employment. Specific housing depends on position and availability.

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time, seasonal position. The usual camp workweek is six days on and one day off, including training, staff meetings, and regular duties. This summer camp position is exempt from minimum wage and overtime regulations per State of Washington wage and hour law.
TRAVEL
This position is required to live onsite at camp. Travel is primarily local during work shifts, although some out-of-the-area travel may be expected. This is an Authorized Driver position, read more in the Position Requirements.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
* 21 years or older preferred
* Current certifications in CPR and First Aid
* 2+ years camping/customer service experience
* Experience with and knowledge of youth behavior management and child abuse prevention
* Ability to respond to emergency situations
* Demonstrate leadership skills. Must be able to work independently, exercise good judgment and demonstrate organizational skills.
* Ability to participate in activities that involve rigorous activity in an outdoor setting, including, but not limited to hiking, boating, camping and swimming.

This safety-sensitive role requires transporting clients as "authorized drivers" for the Y. Potential offers will be contingent upon meeting the following conditions: Being 21+, having a valid driver's license for at least three years and possessing a driving record that meets Y standards (no more than two moving violations within the last three years, no significant incidents such as reckless driving, DUI/DWI, no tickets 20+ miles above the speed limit etc. within the last 5 years). You must also pass a drug screen that will test for impairing substances, including marijuana.

Experience designing and applying clinical studies and assays to address fundamental human biology and immunology questions

The Women's Health Innovations (WHI) team within the GE Division is a newly established group focused on developing and accelerating the introduction and scale-up of interventions that disproportionately affect the health and economic outcomes of women and girls. WHI prioritizes three key areas: family planning and contraceptive technologies (CT), gynecological health, and sexually transmitted infections (STIs). In addition, the team focuses on two cross-cutting areas: product introduction and market access, and strengthening the women's health R&D ecosystem.
Your Role
The Senior Program Officer, Gynecology (SPO) will lead a portfolio of investments and partnerships to support development and introduction of products to address high burden gynecologic conditions for women and girls in Low Middle-Income Countries (LMICs). The SPO will collaborate with private sector partners, researchers and their institutions, global health organizations, professional societies, and government agencies, to align innovation with needs of women and girls within LMIC health ecosystems. We are seeking a technically skilled and strategically driven Senior Program Officer to lead initiatives that transform the landscape of the understanding and interventions for heavy menstrual bleeding (HMB) for women and girls in LMICs.
The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical perspectives for gynecologic care for HMB, have research and data generation expertise, product development experience, and a passion for addressing health barriers for women and girls in LMICs.
What You'll Do
Serve as an internal subject matter expert in gynecologic etiologies of heavy menstrual bleeding (HMB) and the relationship to anemia, as well as other key gynecologic conditions, such as vaginal dysbiosis.
Develop a strategically aligned portfolio of investments focused on HMB
Identify and seek concepts for investments that align with WHI GYN strategy
Closely manage a diverse portfolio of investments
Work with grantees to ensure optimal output and impact of these investments.
Lead WHI initiatives for HMB and gynecology/menstrual health (MH).
Collaborate with data team to assess and address gaps in understanding of HMB etiology, prevalence, and burden, focusing on association with anemia and well-being
Assess efficacy of existing HMB treatments in reducing sequelae
Identify and address barriers to HMB treatment uptake and access to services
Support development of evidence-based HMB treatment guidelines/ policies
Lead clinical assessment and development of point of care (POC) AI-guided ultrasound for gynecologic use cases, including evaluation of etiologies of HMB, in collaboration with internal matrix technical collaborators (EDGE, MNCNH).
Drive collaboration with internal matrix partners (RHT, Discovery) and own investments to advance the understanding of the biologic mechanisms of key gynecologic conditions (i.e. HMB, bacterial vaginosis) to inform product development.
Develop network with organizations and maintain current with cutting edge innovations and innovators in these fields, actively engaging with key stakeholders in the ecosystem.
Collaborate on workstreams with external partners on investments to develop, assess, and introduce new tools focused on addressing HMB/anemia
Assess and develop perspective on opportunities for WHI engagement in other gynecologic conditions such as adenomyosis, fibroids, endometriosis, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), menopause, and female genital schistosomiasis as outputs of the gynecologic learning agenda.
Your Experience
Advanced degree (MD and/or PhD) in gynecology, or adjacent area.
10 + years' experience in women's health product development (e.g. therapeutics and/or diagnostics), research of gynecologic conditions, and/or gynecology clinical care, including assessment of and treatment of HMB, BV, and other priority GYN conditions.
Demonstrated experience with design and implementation of clinical trials to support product development of solutions, preferably in the field of HMB.
Critical assessment of epidemiological, population and clinical trial data.
Strong knowledge of relevant global networks and professional societies (i.e., FIGO)
Strong program and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders, including NGOs, industry, academia, and private sector.
Demonstrated ability to translate technical knowledge into actionable strategies, influencing investment decisions.
Demonstrated ability to navigate highly sensitive or politically complex environments and operate effectively in ambiguous situations with limited information; comfortable executing and making decisions amid uncertainty.
Experience in product development, conducting research, or clinical care in LMIC's, and understanding of LMIC healthcare systems is desired.
This role requires up to 30% global travel to partner sites, developing country settings, and internal/external meetings and convenings.

The HIV/TB Delivery Team works to accelerate the introduction, adoption, and scale-up of effective prevention and treatment interventions in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). Our mission is to strengthen health systems, expand equitable access, and ensure that people living with or affected by HIV and TB can benefit from high-quality, stigma-free services.
Within this mandate, digital health and artificial intelligence (AI) are increasingly critical enablers. Your Role
The Senior Program Officer, Digital Health and AI will lead efforts to embed AI into HIV prevention and treatment programs, with a special focus on self-care innovations as well as to improve the performance of TB programs. You will be responsible for shaping investment strategies, building partnerships, and designing pathways to ensure AI-driven solutions can transition from proof-of-concept to sustained scale.
You will serve as both a technical advisor and portfolio manager, collaborating with Foundation teams, country partners, and global stakeholders to develop and deploy AI solutions that strengthen HIV self-care, improve service delivery, and expand access for those most in need.
This SPO role offers a unique opportunity to redefine the future of HIV self-care by embedding AI and digital health solutions into prevention and treatment programs. The successful candidate will directly influence how AI strengthens HIV/TB delivery, expands equitable access, and builds resilient health systems in LMICs. What You'll Do
Strategy and Framework Development
Develop and operationalize the Foundation's digital health and AI strategy for HIV and TB, with a focus on self-care, consumer-facing applications, program performance and program intelligence.
Define high-priority AI use cases for HIV/TB programs, such as digital adherence support, stigma-free conversational agents, provider decision support, improving program efficiency and real-time surveillance systems.
Align HIV/TB AI efforts with the Foundation's broader AI Taskforce and Core AI strategy, ensuring program relevance and technical coherence.
Self-Care Integration
Design and scale AI-enabled self-care models that empower individuals in HIV and TB prevention, testing, and treatment adherence.
Ability to model or provide support to modelers to estimate the value add of AI applications
Develop tools that support autonomy, confidentiality, and long-term engagement in care (e.g., digital adherence platforms, patient decision aids, self-testing support).
Integrate AI-driven self-care approaches into the introduction of new HIV and TB prevention and treatment products (e.g., Lenacapavir, MK-8527).
Programmatic Investment and Evidence
Manage a portfolio of AI and digital health investments for HIV/TB, ensuring impact, scalability, and alignment with global health priorities.
Establish evaluation frameworks, regulatory pathways, and ethical safeguards for AI in HIV and TB self-care.
Lead and/or advise on clinical evaluations and pilots of AI-enabled tools, ensuring rigor, safety, and contextual fit in LMICs.

Partnerships and Stakeholder Engagement

Your Experience
Advanced degree in Public Health, Medicine, Computer/Data Science, or related field.

Your Role
As a Senior Program Officer, you will report to the Deputy Director of Regulatory Strategy and Product Support. What You'll Do

Your Experience

To be successful in this role, you will bring excellent communication, administrative, and management skills as well as the ability to interface with students, functional departments, and outside stakeholders as we work to achieve our mission. This position will work with our Academic/instructional staff, Student Services, Internship Services, Employment Placement departments, as well as all Learning Community members to help provide students with individualized support by addressing challenges and understanding when to leverage other resources.

Position Overview
We seek a Program Manager (PM) candidate who will manage and mentor two teams of full-time AmeriCorps members, overseeing the implementation of our service model in the partner schools we serve in Seattle/King County.
Program Managers are responsible for three main areas

The Program Manager must be effective in relationship development and team management, coaching up to 10 AmeriCorps members per team to deliver attendance, behavior, and course performance supports to students, as well as enabling a rewarding, productive, professional and successful year of service. In this way, the PM is responsible for the overall management of the day-to-day programmatic operations of their team, as well as leading their team to ensure that all goals and service outcomes are met.

Reporting to the Managing Director of Programs, the Program Manager plays a critical role in implementing City Year Seattle / King County's school-based service model. Program Managers are expected to serve in person at their school site, except on days where there are in-person meetings or trainings. This role is expected to work a 40-hour workweek, with standard work hours falling between 7am- 5pm, Monday - Friday, depending on the needs of the program.

AmeriCorps Member Management & Development:
Lead, manage, and coach up to two teams of 5-10 AmeriCorps members to achieve service performance requirements, meet AmeriCorps practitioner standards, and support members through their individual equity journeys

Build and cultivate a strong partnership with teachers, principal, school officials, and other key decision makers. Engage with partners (individuals, corporate, and foundation) to ensure resourcing for schools and larger community.

Service Model Fidelity
Implement City Year's Whole School Whole Child model with fidelity to enhance service quality and maximize impact in classroom and whole school spaces (e.g., recess)
Set and monitor clear, measurable weekly and monthly deliverables for AmeriCorps members to ensure effective planning and execution of service priorities, partner school led initiatives, and family/community engagement events
Service Impact & Evaluation
Support AmeriCorps members in data tracking and collection of student outcomes; both quantitative and qualitative
Coaching AmeriCorps members to ensure quality of day-to-day service implementation, including classroom observations
After School Program
Lead City Year AmeriCorps members to provide a high quality, engaging, and safe academic enrichment program
Collaborate with school partners to identify focus students, align programming and ensure the successful launch of the program
Routinely monitor all elements of the program for quality, and make necessary adjustments
Playworks Liaison
Deliver and manage recess support program
Responsibilities as part of the CYSKC staff team (20% of job)

Job Description:
The Director of Shelter Programs role is a strategic management and supervisory position that is an integral component in Share's operations and program administration. The Shelter Director is responsible for the overall operations for Share's two shelters - the men's shelter at Share House and the women's shelter known as the WHAT (Women's Housing and Transition) - including program planning, program administration, resource allocation, program reporting, internal accounting, external reporting, compliance monitoring, and human resources of their specific program(s).
Program Planning (25%)
Support shelter programs by ensuring they are collaborative and in-line with the strategic plan
Lead efforts to maximize effectiveness, by analyzing workflows and making positive changes
Program Administration (20%)
Collaborate with the Compliance and Equity Manager to ensure that programs are in-line with contract goals and expectations
Collaborate with Data and Operations Manager to examine program data ensuring that outcomes are equitable and that all clients are given the tools they need to be successful by examining data of positive and negative outcomes as well as bans and disciplinary actions
Collaborate with program senior directors, owners of the buildings, Share's maintenance and Share's office manager to ensure that the physical buildings in which Share's programs operate are safe and functioning.
Work with People and Culture Director and program directors to support retention and celebration of workplace wins.
Serve as the backup when program staff are on vacation, ill, or when a position is vacant.

Maintain American Camping Association standards for the camp site and program.
