Process all HRIS operating system transactions with accuracy and perform daily close out and drawer count Participate and recruit participants for member challenges also known as member visit drivers.
Suggest procedures or standards to improve efficiency and productivity at the Welcome Center.
Ensures established processes for touring and following up with membership inquiries are followed.
Assist with the attainment of membership department strategic plan goals.
Provide feedback and offer solutions regarding gaps in service and/or member concerns.
Work continually towards self-development to stay current on customer service, sales, and "Leader" procedures & practices.
Respond to member and guest inquiries and problem solve via phone or in person using Listen First skills Effectively handle conflict and member complaints, with the support of the center Membership Director Performs all other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
Perform liaison and support activities related to recruitment management of sponsors, coordinators and donors including administrative paperwork, sponsor and donor communications, data base queries, web searches, dissemination of daily collection performance, special event coverage, and the distribution and creation of drive media and promotional materials.
Essential Functions
Coordinate communications between sponsors, coordinators, donors, Account Managers, and the blood center. Serve as primary point of contact for the Account Managers when they are not in the office and provides back-up and support coverage as needed:
Answer and/or work with Account Managers to resolve general questions, recruitment issues, solve problems, and update/maintain donor information.
Create and provide promotional materials to Account Managers.
Uses software systems to produce queries, donor lists and other applicable reports/forms.
Maintains accurate records. This includes computer data entry, appointment schedules, and written records.
Possesses a clear understanding of the donation process and donor deferral guidelines and procedures. Refers donor inquiries to appropriate personnel. Respects confidentiality regarding donor information and materials related to the Blood Bank.
Recruit blood donors at off-site events such as health fairs, sign up sessions or day of blood drives.
Helps with additional projects as needed.
Support organizational needs by scheduling blood drives with existing accounts, identifying new hosts.
Help with preparation efforts for special events (i.e. contacting invitees for participation lists, setting up gift tables, refreshments, check in tables etc.)
Contact individuals to encourage their participation in upcoming blood drives.
Upon request, be able to prepare and present specific presentations to targeted donor groups to increase education and awareness for blood donations.
Assist with training and support and mentor others when needed.

Qualifications
Required Minimum Education & Experience
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
Related Experience:
2 years' experience in customer service, sales, and/or administrative support. Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associates or bachelor's degree.
Blood banking knowledge, customer service training.
Knowledge:
Read and interpret medical, technical, regulatory and quality procedures.

Verifies information with technicians on any repairs to eliminate uncertainty and error in the quote process.
Will be responsible for maintaining communication with customers on estimates and orders.
Will be responsible for monthly reporting.

The Clinical Service Specialist (Part-Time) provides direct clinical and therapeutic services to individuals and families, with an emphasis on autism assessments, social skills development, and evidence-based interventions. This role helps design and lead group and individual programs, conducting training to parents, family members, caregivers, and professionals, monitoring progress using robust data collection methods, and ensuring high-quality documentation. The Clinical Service Specialist has a significant hand in outcome evaluation and quality improvement, contributing to both clinical care and program operations.

MAJOR FUNCTIONS/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Coordinate and conduct autism assessments and screening, documenting results and ensuring timely follow-up.
Complete and manage intake and referral processes using the TAP database, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Organize and facilitate social theater groups, reviewing intake packets and assigning participants to appropriate cohorts.
Prepare clear, timely progress notes for each group and individual sessions.
Develop, distribute, and analyze participant satisfaction surveys, synthesizing results to inform future programming.
Plan and deliver RUBI Curriculum sessions with parents, tracking attendance and session outcomes.
Work with families to develop individualized, goal-oriented parent training and consultation plans; monitor and report progress over time.
Design and present autism trainings on a range of topics for families, staff, and community members.
Attend and contribute to quarterly TAP meetings, sharing insights from service delivery and data analysis activities.
Create and distribute the monthly “What's On TAP” E-Newsletter, using engagement metrics to refine content.
Participate in ongoing staff development and continuing education.
Collaborate with the team to analyze service outcome data, produce summary reports, and participate in program quality improvement initiatives.
Reports directly to and collaborates closely with the Program Manager II on program development, data review, and quality assurance initiatives.
Maintains open communication for mentorship and feedback, supporting professional growth and alignment with program goals.
Schedule and manage group sessions, including initial start dates and future programming.
