Your Role
As the Clinician/Supervisor - SHINE, you'll ensure high-quality care delivery for program participants, lead and mentor staff, and uphold compliance with legal, contractual, and organizational standards. You'll also play a direct role in providing therapeutic services and advocating for youth and families.
What You'll Do
Lead and Supervise - Manage, supervise, and develop assigned SHINE staff; participate in hiring, evaluations, and personnel decisions in collaboration with HR and Division leadership
Coordinate Program Operations - Oversee day-to-day operations, including Plans of Care, crisis planning, service authorizations, and team assignments
Provide Clinical Services - Deliver therapy (individual, family, and psychoeducation), conduct assessments, facilitate treatment planning, and maintain accurate clinical documentation
Ensure Quality & Compliance - Follow all legal, organizational, and contractual requirements; meet documentation deadlines; and maintain high-quality service standards
Collaborate with Stakeholders - Build strong communication and cooperation with youth, families, providers, and community partners

Requirements
Master's degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
Must Have be Licensed in Wisconsin (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) or license-eligible
Two (2) or more years of clinical experience providing mental health services
Supervisory/leadership experience strongly preferred
Strong ability to collaborate with families, staff, and external partners
Culturally competent with the ability to work respectfully with diverse populations
Excellent critical thinking, organizational, and documentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Reliable transportation, valid Wisconsin driver's license, and state-minimum auto insurance
Must successfully pass all required criminal background checks
Flexibility to work varying hours based on program needs

Purpose:
The Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team Lead provides the administrative oversight of all ACT services provided by the team. The ACT team provides community based mental health services to adults with serious mental illnesses. The ACT Team Lead shall provide quality assurance and oversight to ensure adherence to the ACT Fidelity Model, ensure timely clinical documentation and monitor staff performance in light of productivity expectations. As an equipment management supervisor, you will be responsible for the supervision of equipment management systems, performance of activities related to preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, calibration and repairs for complex biomedical equipment. You will supervise and execute qualification on all types of biomedical equipment ensuring that the equipment functions properly and documentation is maintained that indicates the equipment is suitable for use in the manufacture, collection, storage or distribution of blood products, and serve as a technical expert proving support to end-users.

Assist in inter-departmental training on regulatory procedures and Computerized Maintenance Management System.
Ensure that operational departments have sufficient operating equipment based on pending equipment repair/replacement to conduct collections and manufacturing operations.
Communicate with the operational departments for outside vendor's service needs or supplies/equipment.
Perform other related duties as necessary to support organizational, regional and departmental business and quality goals.
Standard Schedule
: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with the expectation that you will be required to be flexible with hours for projects, meetings, training, and travel, based on need and sometimes with limited notice.

Intensive Customized Care Coordination (IC3) is a provider based High Fidelity Wraparound intervention comprised of a team selected by the family/caregiver in which the family and team identify the goals and the appropriate strategies to reach the goals identified by the family. High fidelity wraparound (HFW) is an ecologically based process building on the collective actions of a team to mobilize resources and talents from a variety of sources to support families in their communities. In the wraparound process, a team of people are brought together around all the components of a family's life incorporating their history, culture, relationships, and other relevant information to address their challenges and formulate possible solutions.
H. Assigned Duties
Under the administrative and clinical supervision of the IC3 Program Director, the Wraparound Supervisor is responsible for providing clinical and administrative supervision, training to assigned staff members and providing care coordination services to clients and families. As the Wraparound Supervisor, you will facilitate staff acquisition and implementation of the skills required in the delivery of DBHDD defined High Fidelity Wraparound services as well as guide staff in the utilization of a team-based, strength-based care approach to service planning. The Wraparound Supervisor provides performance-based, individualized supervision for each staff member at least one hour weekly and group supervision on a monthly basis to provide direction to achieve and sustain high fidelity wraparound services. Supervision includes service plan reviews to determine the progress for each youth and family served. The wraparound Supervisor is responsible for modeling and problem-solving with High Fidelity Wraparound teams to develop strategies to provide culturally competent services, supports and resources for youth and their families

Acts as client advocate in order to coordinate required services or to resolve crisis.
