I didn’t like anything. I was fired for a comment that a coworker said and the coworker wasn’t fired because he had been there longer. All I did was laugh at his comment and we weren’t even on shift. We were in the parking lot by our vehicles.
They discriminated against me for my disabilities and blamed me while I was being fired for not disclosing those disabilities.
Nothing at all. The coworkers talked behind my back. The CEO smirked at me while I had an autistic breakdown in his office for being fired over a comment that I didn’t make. He didn’t even tell me that’s what I was being let go for. He made up excuses that it was how I sit in the chair and that I was on my phone when I only looked at my phone once or twice to look up something or check the time.
