Job Summary: The Lifeguard is responsible for supervising the aquatics area to prevent accidents, assist swimmers, and respond to emergencies. At the Kroc Center, you can tailor your schedule by choosing morning or weekend lifeguard shifts. Morning pool hours are Monday-Friday 5:30am - 1:00pm with the greatest need being between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm. Saturday the aquatics center is open from 6:30 am- 5:30 pm. This position pays $15.84/hour with the opportunity to earn an extra $1.00 per hour by adding a Swim Instructor position to your role. A shift differential of $1.00 per hour is paid for all shifts worked from 4:00 pm Friday through Sunday. As a Morning Lifeguard, you will keep a watchful eye during group fitness classes, splash play and swim lessons taking place. We're currently hiring for evening and weekend lifeguard shifts. Our pool is open Monday-Friday evenings from 4:00 PM-8:30 PM, and Saturdays from 6:30 AM-5:30 PM.
