Flexibility.
Everything else. What a disappointment working here. Most all management rude especially the CEO. They do not follow their own 4 core values of Caring. Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility. You would think they would know to get or keep anyone with the pay so low that they need to treat them better, but I guess they haven't figured that out yet. You can have your pick of jobs cause all areas are shorthanded.
Free membership but then with all the shortages, it seems like you work a ton so really no time for using the facility.

Treat people better. Don't be rude and sarcastic. Pay for injuries that are your fault. Don't close the case the day before the MRI results. And don't lie about filing a claim when you didn't.

Doing my best and busting my butt so there is good service, but that went unnoticed and not rewarded. All I got for it was an injury which cost me my whole years salary, so I basically worked for nothing.

Extremely rude management. They will try to scam you out on pay and in particular their school age director is extremely lazy and will push all her work onto her staff then take credit. Never work here.
