Data Migration & System Readiness Lead data migration strategy for project entities, including historical projects, open transactions, pricing, WIP, budgets, and category mappings. Design and maintain data mapping documents, transformation rules, and reconciliation procedures. Execute and validate migrations using Data Management Framework (DMF) including templates, staging, and troubleshooting. Conduct data validation cycles, reconciliation testing, and post-migration audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
