If you live in Sac, you'll have to cross the causeway to get to work. Lots of drive time for clinicians (but they have company cars and good mileage reimbursement).
Work culture is very very focused on team support, collaboration, and hiring/trusting professionals to do their job without micromanagement. I've worked at 4 hospice and homehealth companies, YoloCares has the best pay, benefits, and opportunities for career advancement.
Approachable, inclusive, thoughtful. The are professional and some are leading experts in their field.

The agency shares salary benchmarking data with staff on a regular basis. Compared to other similar companies, YoloCares pays the best.
