H. Charles Maddy, III has served as a member of the Board of Directors since 1993 and has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Summit’s banking subsidiary, Summit Community Bank, since 1993. Mr. Maddy has served as Chairman of Summit Community Bank since September, 2010, and Co-Chairman from 2007 to September, 2010. Mr. Maddy is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and has served in this capacity since 1994. Mr. Maddy has demonstrated exceptional leadership through his participation in a variety of professional and community service activities, including his service as the past Vice-Chairman and past Director of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh and also served as Chairman of their Audit Committee; Director and past President of the West Virginia Bankers’ Association and member of the Legislative/Government Relations Committee; past President and past Director of the West Virginia Association of Community Bankers; member of American Bankers Association and Chairman of the ABA Federal Home Loan Bank Committee; member of the Banker Advocacy and Grassroots Committee; past member of the ABA’s Community Bankers Council and Government Relations Council Administrative Committee; Director and a Founder of the Hardy County Child Care Center; and Director of the Hardy County Community Foundation. Mr. Maddy has also been recognized as a leader in his industry and has been the recipient of the Outstanding CPA in Business and Industry Award and the AICPA Business and Industry Hall of Fame Award. Mr. Maddy received his bachelor degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from Concord College. Mr. Maddy is a member of the Executive Committee, the Asset/Liability and Funds Management Committee, and the Profit Sharing Committee.

Rishi Kapoor is Investcorp’s Co-Chief Executive Officer. He oversees the Firm’s Private Equity businesses in North America and India, as well as the Real Estate, Credit Management, Absolute Returns and Strategic Capital businesses globally. Prior to his appointment as Co-CEO, Rishi had held several leadership positions within Investcorp including as Chief Financial Officer between 2003 and 2015. He joined Investcorp from Citigroup in 1992. Rishi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. Marc B. Wolpow is Co-Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Audax Group. Along with his business partner, Geoff Rehnert, Mr. Wolpow manages the firm, chairs the firm’s investment committee, and has overseen all phases of Audax Group’s development since its founding in 1999. Prior to co-founding Audax Group, Mr. Wolpow was a General Partner and Managing Director of Bain Capital, where he focused on middle market private equity opportunities, took shared responsibility for Bain Capital’s mezzanine fund, and co-founded the firm’s structured debt business, Bain Capital Credit. Prior to joining Bain Capital in 1990, Mr. Wolpow worked as a leveraged finance professional at Drexel Burnham Lambert and Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette. Mr. Wolpow received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, a J.D. from Harvard Law School, and a B.S. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

In 2002, Don took the reins of the Breath of Life Gala – at the time a fledgling event supporting cystic fibrosis research – and with the help of a committed and tenacious team of volunteers and CFF staffers, grew the gala into what became one of the most financially and experientially successful events in Washington, D.C. and the number one gala nationally for CFF. Don’s daughter, Rachel, was born with the genetic disease. Don received his Bachelor of Science degree from Montclair State College in 1982, where he graduated with honors and subsequently received his CPA from the state of New Jersey. He is a past chair of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT), has served as a member of the Executive Committee of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and also serves on the Board of Quality Care Properties (NYSE:QCP), a Maryland healthcare REIT. He is also a member of the U.S. Capital Chapter of the World President’s Organization (WPO) and was previously named “Entrepreneur of the Year in Real Estate” by professional services firm Ernst and Young. He has been married to Stacey Sykes Wood for 28 years and has four children who he is immensely proud of named Ian, Jason, Kevin, and Rachel.

Robert S. Taubman (born December 27, 1953) is an American businessman. He serves as the current chairman, president and chief executive officer of Taubman Centers.

Seasoned professional in the community development and impact investing industry. Held management positions in financial institutions, led lending and investing teams, managed Community Reinvestment Act programs and regulatory compliance and philanthropy groups. Extensive external representation, including conference panels, media interaction, non-profit boards, CRA regulatory relationships, and policy and community outreach activities. Direct experience with non-profit lending, construction lending, Low Income Housing/ New Market tax credit investments, intermediary (CDFI, other) lending, small business lending, health care financing, private equity fund investing, and grant-making.

Mr. Huff co-founded ContourGlobal in 2005 and serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Huff co-founded Reservoir Capital in 1998, and is a member of all fund Investment Committees. He currently serves on the boards of many of Reservoir Capital’s portfolio companies in industries such as energy, power, aircraft leasing, and insurance. He has also been instrumental in the formation and development of a variety of hedge funds and private investment firms. Mr. Huff is the President of the Board of Trustees of St. Bernard’s School and serves as a Trustee of the Princeton Theological Seminary. Prior to founding Reservoir Capital, Mr. Huff was a Partner at Ziff Brothers Investments and, prior to business school, served in the U.S. Navy as a nuclear submarine officer and nuclear engineer. Mr. Huff graduated magna cum laude from Abilene Christian University with a B.S. in Engineering Physics. He completed his M.B.A. at Harvard Business School, where he graduated with high distinction as a Baker Scholar.
