What you will do
Under specific direction is responsible for the sale of Johnson Controls service offerings to owners, primarily at the Director level. Promote the Johnson Controls value proposition to building owners by providing technical solutions and operational expertise. Builds and manages long term customer relationships/partnerships with target and managed accounts. Responsible for customer satisfaction. Positions renewable service agreements as the foundation of managed account relationships. Performs the sales process to cultivate and manage long-term relationships and seeking out, qualifying and closing new sales opportunities. Obtain and close sales on a monthly basis. Seeks to expand the depth and breadth of Johnson Controls offerings within an account.
How you will do it
With direction from the supervising manager, sells the Johnson Controls offerings persuasively, persistently and confidently to building owners at the D-level while reaching optimal profit levels.
Focuses on improving the existing building to allow the building owner to achieve business objectives.
Manages ongoing, opportunities particularly focusing on selling services and retrofits.
Sells, renews and expands renewable service agreements, including multi-year agreements, to both new and existing customers.
Builds partnering relationships with the owner or owner representatives responsible for the decision-making process to drive the sale of Johnson Controls service offerings.
Actively listens, probes and identifies concerns.
Understands the customer's business and speaks their language.

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related team required.
A minimum of six (6) years of progressive field sales experience.

Responsibilities: The Lead Respiratory Therapist is responsible for assisting the Vent Manager/
District Manager in the efficient management of respiratory services in his/her assigned account(s).
This position also assists in integration of respiratory care services in all settings. The Lead Respiratory
Therapist supports the delivery of the highest standards and quality of respiratory services.
1. Is the back-up for the Vent Manager/ District Manager in his/her absence.
2. Provides direct patient care.
3. Assists respiratory staff in identifying and removing barriers to treatment and providing clinical
education to meet the needs of the patient.
4. Assists in the efficient and profitable management of respiratory services in sites of service and all
assigned contracts.
5. Assists in operationally managing Genesis Respiratory Services and agency personnel within the
facility.
6. Provides direct clinical support daily. Assists respiratory therapy staff with assignments as needed.
Initiates and maintains communications and collaboration with all care team members. Participates
in multidisciplinary rounds as required by the Program/DM Manager. Communicate care plan
interventions with staff.
7. Assist with new hire orientation and training.
8. Assists the VPM/DM in meeting budget through revenue enhancement and control of expenses
9. Identify opportunities for business growth and provide clinical leadership for the advancement of
professional respiratory practices with staff in collaboration with VPM/DM and Clinical manager.
10. Assists in preparation of facility/Territory reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
11. Supports the delivery of the highest standard of respiratory services through appropriate utilization
of resources, the promotion of clinical programs, and staff development in collaboration with
licensed therapists, VPM/DM, Senior District Manager and Clinical Manager.
12. Assists VPM/DM with customer service.
13. Assists with the clinical management of the respiratory department, including oversight related to
case management, quality improvement, care planning, clinical utilization, and patient identification
is overseen by a licensed therapist
14. Assists VPM/DM in ensuring practice act compliance.
15. Attends facility meetings as requested by VPM/DM and is responsible for information sharing at
facility meetings.
16. Ensures that staff participates in orientation and training programs including but not limited to all
required compliance courses and relevant policies and procedures, and that such training is properly
documented. Participates in compliance and other required training programs.
17. Assists VPM/DM to ensure respiratory care is delivered in a professional and timely manner
according to policy and procedures including rotating on call as needed.
18. Performs other related duties as required. Qualifications: 1. The Respiratory Therapy Supervisor must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the
state of practice.
2. The Respiratory Therapy Supervisor must have three years direct patient care experience, and either
one year of management experience in a respiratory setting or has functioned successfully as a point
person under the supervision of a VPM/DM for a period of one year.
3. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Unloads product from trailer, by hand or using a hand cart down ramps, stairs, or docks, in all weather conditions and places in designated customer storage areas according to customer specifications and company standards (e.g., handling product according to preferred work methods, scanning product as it is delivered into the store).
Ensures all paperwork is completed according to established company and governmental guidelines (e.g., DOT electronic or manual logs, inspections, company vehicle maintenance reports and pre- and post-trip reports are completed accurately and submitted on a timely basis, ensures all invoices are accurate and turned in daily and all damages and shortages are reported promptly).
Ensures all food safety protocols are met according to established guidelines (e.g., proper temperatures are maintained in the delivery vehicle, product is inspected for visible damages prior to delivery, product is delivered and stored to prevent cross contamination) and maintains sanitary conditions in tractor and trailer; assists with maintaining sanitary conditions in the warehouse and yard.
Develops and establishes good relationships with customers by providing excellent and courteous service with clear communication.

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma/GED/equivalent degree, plus one (1) year of tractor trailer driving experience preferred Completion of a tractor trailer driving school will be accepted instead of, or in addition to a high school diploma.
Ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records.
CERTIFICATIONS AND/OR TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License. Must be insurable to operate a vehicle as a condition of initial and continued employment.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge of: DOT regulations; Hazmat guidelines; Safe lifting and delivery practices.
Skill in: driving over long distances, over a variety of terrains and in varying weather conditions, communicating with customers; solving problems; delivering product.
Ability to: drive a tractor-trailer unit both in the day and at night, remain alert and aware of surroundings; meet or exceed minimum productivity levels established by the Company; handle hazardous materials and food and restaurant items that are frozen, dry and refrigerated; operate a 3 axle tractor, 45' - 48' trailer, straight truck, on board computer, key pad and a 2 wheel hand cart; read, write and communicate in English as it relates to the job and to the safety regulations; perform basic math functions (e.g. add, subtract, multiply, divide); effectively plan and organize work activities independent of direct supervision; solve problems.
