Kevin joined Summit Partners in 2015. He is a member of Summit Partners Credit Advisors, the credit affiliate of Summit Partners which addresses the borrowing needs of small and large companies. Kevin has extensive experience in leveraged finance. He currently leads the firm’s origination activities in energy, transportation, and automotive. Prior to Summit, Kevin worked for Regiment Capital, where he was responsible for credit investments across several sectors including energy and metals/mining. Previously, he worked for Davidson Kempner Capital Management as a senior distressed debt analyst covering a variety of sectors. Kevin holds a BS in mechanical engineering, with distinction, from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.

Eight years in large technology firms. Fifteen years founding software companies in various industries, some successful, some not.

Industry experience in defense (DARPA / US Army), quantitative hedge funds, video games, telecommunications.

Founder and CTO at NetgamesUSA which was acquired by Microsoft in 2000.

Founder and Director of Engineering at Ascend Intelligence which was acquired by General Dynamics in 2010.

Experience running companies ranging from 2 to 100+ staff.
