We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Production Planner to lead all production planning efforts around new product development and introduction in collaboration with our engineering teams. You will follow and continuously improve processes around part ordering and allocation, material movements, conflicts between programs and facilities set up. You will be collaborating with our manufacturing, supply chain, engineering and finance teams to ensure the right parts and supplies are available at the right place, in right quantities at the right time. You will implement KPIs (key performance indicators) around part availability and prioritization in collaboration with Materials Management and drive actions to improve these KPIs. You will collaborate with key stakeholders with fast-paced needs and ensure a balance is maintained between new product builds, first of a kind vehicles, York as well as customer assets and respective GSE equipment necessary to support these.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, maintain and monitor execution of Pre-Production Engineering requests to include but not limited to First of a Kind Build, Test assets, Ground Support Equipment, FlatSats, Customer Milestone Deliverables, etc.
Partner with Engineering on understanding which key parts support development activities and milestone payments and assess supply and demand between programs to be able to deliver these parts.
Work with Supply Chain to realign PO deliveries, Projects and Tasks to point to prioritized programs and improve ESDs.
Collaborate with Warehouse on the timely execution of parts kitting to the NPI team, material presentation and availability.
Support NPI facility set up to mimic York's standard production environment - including RFID items, wire KanBan, non-stock items, etc.
Work with the Materials Manager to review and update Material Masters parameters to match the volume of parts used - floor stock versus inventoried items.
Implement WIP tracking for all Pre-Production requests and liaise with key stakeholders for the success of their execution.
Lead regular reviews of Pre Production requests with each requestor and provide support and quick resolution to newly requested items.
Coordinate financial compliance with Accounting on each asset generated to include conversion to a non-flight item and expense.
Collaborate with Warehouse on the prompt shipping of completed Milestone Payments.
Run, action on, and correct MRP demand associated with each individual Pre-Production request.
Support Production Planning with Test Harness requests and inventory function demands.

Oversee intercompany reconciliations and invoicing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of variances
Financial Close & Reporting
Assist with all elements of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including:
Preparation of month-end journal entries
Preparation of balance sheet account reconciliations
ERP, Audit & Team Support
Assist with documentation of accounting policies, procedures, and workflows
Participate in internal and external audits, including preparation of audit schedules and resolution of findings
Cross-train to provide backup coverage for Accounting Team.
Collaborate with operations, HR, payroll, engineering, and project teams
Perform other accounting duties and support finance team members as needed

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting and 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accounting in a manufacturing and/or project-based environment
Expertise in ERP systems preferred; multiple ERP systems experience a plus; Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud preferred
Big 4 public accounting experience a plus
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related financial systems
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization

York Space Systems is seeking an Operations Support Engineer to support operational activities at our Denver, CO operation centers. The ideal candidate will act as an expert on all aspects of operating satellites and working across engineering teams to lead and coordinate best practices in operations. Staff will be required to work shifts, weekends, and holidays, supporting 24/7 operations. Staff will be on-site at York's operation centers. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the space sector, with an emphasis on small satellites and small satellite components.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform on-console tasks for real-time operations and anomaly investigations for multiple missions
Develop and execute operational documentation, including procedures, anomaly documentation, and information files
Respond to anomalies - hardware and software - for both ground and space assets
Monitor health and safety of space and ground segments by trending and monitoring telemetry
Support mission planning activities for multiple on orbit spacecraft
Participate in mission rehearsals, launch support activities, and anomaly response exercises
Develop tools to improve operations
Work with engineering subject matter experts and Mission Operations personnel to plan and execute mission objectives ensuring contractual commitments
QUALIFICATIONS
BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant technical field (or equivalent experience)
Ability to quickly learn operational documentation, software, and hardware design.
Familiarity with Python
Excellent organization and communication skills
Ability to work well in both a team environment and executing individual tasks
Previous experience in satellite operations or satellite mission planning
Ability to regularly work off hours, weekends and holidays; shift work required
Active Security Clearance - SECRET
