Position Summary

No sales experience is required. We will fully train the right individual.
This is a commission-based position, with first-year earnings typically $50,000+.

Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their needs and present appropriate vehicle options
Become an expert in Lincoln vehicles, features, and technology
Conduct test drives and demonstrate industry-leading features
Prepare purchase quotes and explain financing options
Follow up with prospective customers via phone, email, and text
Support online shoppers by setting and confirming appointments
Check in with previous customers to confirm satisfaction and generate referral business
What We're Looking For
A strong desire to succeed and build a long-term career
Prior sales experience (inside, outside, or retail) is a plus but not required
Steady work history and ability to commit to a new career path
Outgoing, relationship-driven personality-a true “people person”
Basic proficiency with MS Office, internet tools, and general computer use
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confidence in negotiation, presentation, and asking for the sale
Ability to commute to Dearborn, MI 48124 or relocate prior to employment
Customer service experience: 1 year preferred
