Position Overview
The Director of Plumbing Operations and Installation is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing Service Managers across Michigan, Florida, and North Carolina. This role carries both strategic and operational responsibility, ensuring service operations align with the company's long-term vision while delivering excellent, reliable results day-to-day.
The Director of Plumbing Operations and Installation will be an active member of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to quarterly and annual planning, company-wide initiatives, and strategic decision-making.
Regular travel to MI, FL, and NC is required.

Medication Administration
1. Follow the six ‘rights” of medication assistance (right resident, right drug, right dosage, right time, right route, right record/documentation) each and every time assistance with a medication occurs. Check each of the six “rights” of medication assistance three different times: when the medication is taken out of the medication cart, immediately before assisting with the medication, and immediately after assisting with the medication
2. Administer medications to residents according to their Medication Observation Record (MOR) and protect resident privacy. Provide residents with any treatments required as part of their Resident Care Plan as designated. Document clearly and accurately on the Medication Observation Record (MOR) after a medication is taken/given, refused, held, discontinued, changed, disposed of, returned, following the Oaks Senior Livening policy.
3. Respect the residents' right to refuse medication/treatment. Protect the residents' safety with medications. Explain to the resident what medication is being given and why, prior to assisting with medication.
4. Observe the resident for any adverse reaction to a medication and report it to the Wellness Director and/or the Executive Director immediately. Report all medication errors honestly and immediately.
Communications
1. Attend all regular staff meetings and required in-service training sessions.
2. Effectively communicate residents' needs with caregiver staff at change of shift according to the Oaks Senior Living policies and procedures. Effectively communicate to the Wellness Director and/or the Executive Director any changes noted in a resident's condition or behavior, adverse reaction to a medication, any resident or family member concerns, complaints, refusal of a medication, any errors noted on the Medication Administration Record (MAR).

Job Description
Position Overview:
In this position, you will be responsible for supporting and implementing the QA/QC Commissioning program to support construction activities across T5's data center portfolio. T5 excels at building large scale data center projects for company operational use and also partnering with Fortune 500 companies for customized projects. In addition, we continue to expand general contracting business and operate in 24 states (and growing). We need high quality individuals who are looking to grow with a company and be a leader in the future.
Qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review QA/QC documents for the complete project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents
Follow all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes
Review the quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and maintain a quality of materials
Support the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules and ensure adherence to all procedures and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes
Assist employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards and ensure compliance to all quality manuals and procedures and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of all systems
Understand all products and non-conformance processes and evaluate all documents to ensure the maintenance of optimal quality and prepare monthly reports to evaluate performance
Monitor an efficient system and record for all project activities and analyze all processes to ensure all work according to quality requirements
Understand all work methods and maintain knowledge on all quality assurance standards and monitor continuous application for all Quality Assurance processes and recommend corrective actions for all processes
Support and follow a method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project
Liaise the Technical Engineer for submission of material submittals to Design Team
Develop and maintain Inspection Checklists
Ensure compliance to federal and state laws, as well as company standards and specifications
Attend factory witness testing when necessary or available
Visit equipment production sites to verify compliance to specifications and other contract documents prior to shipment.
Advising on procedures to improve production efficiency
Prepare and maintain test data for review
Evaluate data and draft reports, noting any relevant deviations from existing standards
Identify areas for Quality Control improvement and implement new methods accordingly
Communicate quality or compliance concerns with urgency
Travel Requirements: 50% (project based)
Education and/or Experience:
Technical Military MOS, trade school and/or degree
Experience and/or education and internship in complex facilities or mission critical projects is preferred
Any civilian or military technical certifications is a plus
Experience with writing and enforcing standard operating procedures
Solid understanding of test equipment & software
Minimum of 1-3 years of inspection and/or production experience
Strong working knowledge of various mathematical concepts including fractions, ratios, and proportions
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret information

Child and Family Therapist (Licensed Mental Health Counselor - Bridging Families / Bridging Futures) Location/Schedule: Smoky Mountain Region, North Carolina (Cherokee, Clay, Graham, Haywood, Jackson, Macon, Swain, and Transylvania counties); Full-Time. Bridging Families homes currently located in Murphy, NC. Travel to community agencies and families' homes within the assigned region will be required. Your Impact: As a Child and Family Therapist serving the Bridging Families and Bridging Futures programs, you will play a vital role in guiding children, young adults, and families through therapeutic interventions rooted in evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care. For Bridging Families clients, you will work as part of a small, dedicated team including professional foster parents, a case manager, and a supervisor to provide intensive, family-centered services focused on reunification and healing for youth ages 18 and under and their families. Each team partners with no more than three families at a time, allowing for deep, individualized therapeutic engagement and progress toward stability and permanency. For Bridging Futures clients, you will support young adults ages 17-21 who are transitioning out of foster care and building the skills and resilience needed for independent adulthood. You will provide individualized, trauma-informed therapy to promote emotional regulation, healthy relationships, and adaptive coping, while collaborating with case managers and community partners to ensure holistic, coordinated care. Hiring Range: $53,000 - $68,000K annually, $3000 SIGN ON BONUS
Associate Licensed - $53,000 annually.
Salary is based on education and experience. All associate licensed therapists will start at $53K unless there is additional relevant experience in the human service field (excluding internship).
Fully Licensed - $60,000 - $ 68,000 annually

Education/Experience/Licensure:
Must have a valid and active license in one of the following areas: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT); fully licensed preferred; Provisional or Associate License required.
Experience as a therapist working with children and families in foster care is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
For Bridging Families clients, provides services and support to the whole family (Bridge Parents, Reunifying Caregivers, and Youth), with focus on permanency through reunification.
Technical Knowledge/Clinical Expertise: Learn and implement the Bridging Families treatment approach, providing individualized and family therapy to children in foster care. Complete comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy in alignment with evidence-based practices.
Treatment Leadership: Lead client staffings, attend treatment team meetings, and provide clinical oversight to ensure quality services. Collaborate with other therapists and participate in clinical supervision.
Crisis Support: Be available for on-call rotations to support families in crisis situations and provide guidance during emergencies.
Program Development: Engage in committee work and community projects to enhance programs that meet the needs of children and families. Serve as a referral source for additional agency or community services.
Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of services, including billing, reauthorizations, and session notes, adhering to licensing and accreditation standards.
Interpersonal Communication: Foster positive, problem-solving relationships with clients, colleagues, and community partners. Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
Training and Education: In coordination with the Clinical Director, evaluate staff training needs and provide education on mental health diagnoses and treatments.

POSITION SUMMARY
