Philip Hardin has been growing and operating emerging technology enterprises for his entire career. Prior to YouScience, Mr. Hardin spent 17 years building Emdeon (formerly ActaMed, Healtheon, and WebMD) from pre-revenue to $1.3 Billion in revenue with more than a $3 Billion market value.

Deep expertise in leveraging the value of data through consolidation, reporting, analysis, and leveraging AI/ML techniques. Expertise in bringing technology innovations to bear on relevant business priorities. Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills complemented by deep and broad technical background. Adept at developing transformational digital strategies and then executing through operational processes, project management, governance, and building strong vendor partnerships. Deep experience in establishing successful project management organizations. Key competencies include leadership, project and program management including through Agile and DevOps approaches, talent development, strategic planning, communication, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, budget management, compliance and auditing, contract negotiation and management, data analytics including big data, software development and product management, data center and storage management including cloud, data networks, ITIL, ERP, and cyber security. Key technologies used include Unix/Linux, SAP, Cisco networking stack, AWS EC2/Storage, Python/PHP/Java based coding frameworks, Checkpoint/pfsense, Snowflake, pandas/pytorch.

• Re-implemented Salesforce CRM and replaced legacy contact center solution with Five9, resulting in over 50% improvement in teleconversion for new leads.

• Implemented data lake and data warehouse in AWS/Snowflake, moving all reports to Power BI. Currently pushing the envelope into deep learning predictive models using python and sagemaker.

• Re-vamped API layer among major platforms (SIS/ERP, CRM, LMS, Website)

• Currently completely re-platforming websites to react/node.js to improve student experience and cyber security, including launching a mobile app.

• On target to obtain NIST 800-171 certification by the end of the year, after starting from scratch with very little cyber security awareness and few policies/procedures or controls.

• Implemented agile scrum and scaled agile frameworks across the technology division, with increasing numbers of other departments now adopting these approaches.

• Full implementation of Office 365, migrating file servers to sharepoint and one drive and implementing new identity management solution in Azure AD, fully integrated with Workday.
