Select library materials with the intent of providing knowledge, ideas and support to practitioners in the fields of education, clinical social work and family studies Provide services to families desiring information on healthy family life and parenting skills Key Qualifications Associate degree or commensurate level of training, e.g. military mental health technician, for a psychiatric technician or mental health program assistant. Education requirement may be met by military or comparable training. If military trained, the individual's specialty must be as a mental health technician/specialist. Amber House CRT has up to 14-beds for individuals in crisis who do not meet medical necessity criteria for hospitalization and would benefit from treatment and supportive programming. As a Summer Community Program Facilitator you will be responsible for facilitating safe, environmentally conscious, nature-focused outdoor programs for participants of all ages. The Summer Community Program Facilitator will work as a team with fellow Community Program staff to engage audiences in urban outdoor recreation activities such as paddling, biking, hiking and fishing as well as informal environmental education programming. Other non-teaching projects will be assigned as needed throughout the season to maintain programming gear, assist with department administrative tasks, and support the Education Department as a whole. This person must be able to work some evenings and Saturdays. Our Summer Employment and Internship Experience: The Community Programs Intern is paid a stipend of $1,120 on a bi-weekly basis. This role is allotted 3 days (24 hours) of PTO for planned vacation or sick days.
