Maintains effective communication regarding management and clinical issues to the appropriate individual in accordance with established organizational structure. Maintains acceptable attendance record, reports on time for scheduled shifts and meetings. Maintains professional appearance, is neat and clean. Demonstrates knowledge of and compliance with all safety standards. Ensures medications are administered at scheduled time and in the correct dosage. Ensures that medications are kept in a locked cabinet and that the containers are clearly and correctly marked. Ensure medication management is correct and documented correctly, reporting any significant information to the Program Manager. Writes correct and detailed Description Assessment Plan (DAP) notes in the client's chart at the end of every shift. (See Progress Notes Policy). Completes Incident Reports as needed. QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: A bachelor's degree in human services field and minimum of 6 months previous experience working in a therapeutic group home preferred.
