Family Time Coaching, Intervention, and Skills Training - 70%
* Provide intensive in the room supervision and hands on skills training intervention for in office and in-home family time between parents, other relatives, and children. This could include coaching and modeling designed to increase a caregiver's ability to read the child's cues and appropriately meet their needs.
* Provide in-the-moment interventions that uphold the child's physical and emotional safety as well as the Family Time Center policies and guidelines.
* Provide parent education either formally through structured curriculum, or informally through interventions and modeling, for each case.

* Provide feedback to parents to further educate, evaluate and review progress toward permanency for children.
