Job Summary: The Residential Counselor is responsible for providing direct clinical services to individuals who have been affected by chemical dependency, psychiatric problems and/or co-occurring disorders. Functions as a case manager for patient caseload. Maintains clinical record including biopsychosocial, SNAP and BAM assessments, treatment plans, clinical summaries, progress notes, case consult notes, discharge summaries, and continuing care plans.
