Strategic Intent
It is the intent of this position, Treatment Specialist, to provide the various treatments and services of Lymphatic Organic as detailed in the Lymphatic Organic Training Program, as well as, provide superior customer service to and build rapport with clientele.
Scope of Position
The Treatment Specialist is responsible for executing our overall mission, vision, and goals. They will assist a high-performing team that consistently delivers excellent customer service and top-line results.
Organizational Structure
The Treatment Specialist may or may not have a Treatment Specialist Assistant who reports to them and will assist them with day-to-day operations. The Treatment Specialist reports to the Office Manager.
Duties and Supporting Responsibilities
Prepare prep room and treatment room ensure these areas are sanitized, contain fresh linens and towels, and are stocked with all the necessary supplies.
Ensure all equipment and tools used in the prep room and treatment room are in working condition.
Prior to receiving the client and beginning treatment, review client intake forms to ensure they have been completed and review for any special considerations.
Engage the client, explain the procedure, communicate the next steps, and review areas of concern, goals for treatment, and expectations for treatment.
Build customer rapport.
Complete prep work and treatment as detailed in the Lymphatic Organic Training Manual.
Ask for client feedback throughout treatment.
Complete before and after pictures.
Provide before and after pictures to clients for their own personal tracking.
Process payment for treatment (if necessary).
Schedule a follow-up appointment or next treatment.

Mandatory
Must have a valid Nevada State Nursing License (LPN, RN).
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the nursing field, preferably with a background in postoperative care.
Must be 18 years or older to qualify.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
