Job DescriptionResidential Counselor (Full Time) This is counseling position is intended for applicants that hold an active LDCP and/or a minimum of 2 years' of clinical experience in the behavioral health/recovery field and working towards licensure. This position provides individual and group services and clinical documentation according to state and federal requirements. QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of a high school diploma. A minimum of two years' experience in the human service setting and an understanding of the existing related social service network and experience with referral techniques with these agencies. LCDP, or must gain LCDP licensure within 6 months of hire. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS Provide direct services to assigned clients on a daily basis.
