Description
As a member of Apple's commercial litigation team, you will not be merely monitoring outside counsel. Rather, you will personally be formulating and driving strategy as well as working with a number of cross-functional teams and stakeholders across all product areas. The position requires a high degree of self-sufficiency, independent judgment, and a trial-focused approach. Travel is anticipated. You will operate as part of a supportive and fun team of lawyers, legal specialists, and support staff who work closely together to protect Apple's interests.
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of major law firm and/or in-house litigation experience, including experience with competition-related litigation, subpoenas, and other investigations.
JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong technology interest and aptitude.
Trial experience and experience beyond competition related litigation.
Excellent communication, analytical, organization, and negotiation skills are essential.

The base pay range for this role is between $180,300 and $271,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

About the Role
As Commercial Counsel with a focus on government contracts, you will serve as a key legal partner to xAI's business teams, providing strategic advice on federal, state, and local government contracting matters. Responsibilities
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of government contracts, including software licenses, SaaS agreements, services contracts, teaming agreements, and subcontracts.
Advise on compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), agency‑specific supplements, and other procurement rules.
Provide counsel on bid protests, claims, disputes, audits, investigations, and regulatory inquiries related to government contracts.

Job Summary :
Under the supervision of the Program Manager, the Youth Engagement Specialist (YES) is responsible for the coordination of the daily activities of the Chloe House. The YES creates a safe and caring environment for high-risk youth in the residence that are in crisis. The position requires an individual who can actively contribute to a positive, stable, and responsive environment for youth. The YES is responsible for monitoring the safety and conduct of house residents, engaging in positive interactions with youth and other staff and providing clinical and crisis intervention as needed. This is an overnight position 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM Saturday and Sunday.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Provide on-site supervision, while maintaining professional boundaries, and crisis intervention and counseling services to youth in residence. Must learn and apply positive behavior modification techniques and model effective de-escalation and problem-solving skills
With direction from Program Manager, help plan for, direct, and/or provide support for recreational, educational, and therapeutic activities that are in alignment with treatment or permanency goals
Answer and record all phone calls and visitors, maintain supervision of the house, enforce house rules and ensure house safety. Work collaboratively with other SBY staff, programs, families, collateral agencies, to help youth develop or follow-through on individual service plan goals
Engage with youth in a variety of activities from breakfast through bedtime, supporting them in achieving daily goals, and engaging them in productive dialogue, building life skills, and problem solving
Facilitate life skills groups on topics of interest to teens relative to positive social and emotional development.
Makes regular house check inspections inside the building and in the area immediately outside and checks individual rooms routinely.
Maintain necessary records, including but not limited to, legible, comprehensive and accurate reports of house activities in the house log, daily point logs, etc.
At times, prepare and cook meals for up to 15 youth
Oversee the safety and cleanliness of the house including coordinating and managing residents' daily chores. At times, perform light janitorial duties such as sweep, mop, taking-out trash. Advise Program Manager of building maintenance needs.
Carry out emergency fire evacuation and emergency procedures in case of an illness or accident.

Meets with Volunteer Manager/Volunteer Specialist at least monthly to create programs to ensure volunteer involvement and review volunteer performance. Provides feedback after activities and programs.
Develop monthly calendar of activities for Girard Kids Club and The Triumph's Fam Club nights using client feedback to help increase client participation. Provide activity to support to Play Night at Hope Lead Volunteer, as needed.
Ensures that programs have activities targeted for all age groups, including older children and/or teens.
Utilizes Trauma Informed Care approaches and models Positive Behavioral Supports and Interventions when working alongside volunteers.
Works with Youth Specialists, Volunteer Team, and housing staff on programs and resources.

The Youth Worker/Transportation for La Jornada works to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the families being served by the National Youth Advocate Program by working closely with the youth and family to provide advocacy and support towards targeted goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Youth Worker for La Jornada will perform duties including, but not limited to:
Perform all work in a manner consistent with the National Youth Advocate Program's Mission, Values and Philosophies.
Interact with the youth to develop a trusting, supportive relationship while assisting the youth in achieving identified goals.

* Working directly with homeless individuals in an emergency homeless shelter setting
* Collaborating with community-based partners that support homeless populations

Position Overview
The Youth Worker will report to the Assistant Director. The Youth Worker will have the primary responsibility of engaging 25 very high risk young adults through relationships and programming as well as working with community partners (police, probation officers, community members) within the communities Roca is serving.

General Responsibilities
- Facilitate, apply, practice, and demonstrate Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT) using Roca's Intervention Model.

This position will provide services to our 19-bed PICU. The Child Life Specialist is responsible for providing optimal developmental, psychosocial, and therapeutic support in the healthcare setting to meet the social, emotional, physical and educational needs of children between the ages of birth and eighteen years of age. Assesses children's developmental and coping needs and implements developmentally appropriate therapeutic interventions such as play, medical play, psychological preparation, and rehearsed coping to minimize distress associated with the health care environment and to foster resiliency. Supervised by the child life manager and supervises and evaluates the work of volunteers and student interns. Collaborates with other members of the health care team to enhance quality of care and acts as an advocate and resource regarding issues such as child development and children's response to hospitalization.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in child life, child development, or closely related discipline. Completion of a child life internship under the supervision of a certified child life specialist is required.
* Must meet requirements set forth for certification by the Child Life Certifying Commission. Certification must be obtained within 1 year of hire.
* Membership in Child Life Council and other professional affiliations is encouraged.
* Current CPR training, or obtain CPR training within 3 months.
