Qualifications: Minimum of five (5) years of experience working with individuals with dementia or cognitive impairments. Experience in roles such as Activities Director, CNA, MA, RN/LPN, or other direct care professionals in geriatrics or memory care settings. If licensed, license must be in good standing. Actively enrolled in or willing to enroll in a Dementia certification course. Dementia Care certification preferred or willingness to pursue certification. Familiarity with behavioral health medications and interventions for this population. Ability to read and communicate effectively. Strong written and verbal skills. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to manage and demonstrate effective leadership skills. Should demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills under all conditions and circumstances.
