Under the supervision of the Family Lead and Shift Supervisor, the QMHS Youth Worker provides a full range of support services to youth in foster care while performing limited assessment of youth's needs and comprehensive treatment planning and service delivery in collaboration with children, county case workers, other providers as deemed necessary and supervisor. The QMHS Youth Worker is responsible for support and adherence to the mission of Unk's Place, Inc., enforcing rules, modeling positive behaviors, developing life skill, and organizing events related to school, health, wellbeing and recreation.
