This role will be responsible for designing, facilitating, and evaluating professional development programs that support employee growth and organizational success. The position will lead classroom facilitation, curriculum development, and play a strategic role in advancing NYISO's internal professional development initiatives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES Curriculum Design & Facilitation: Develop and deliver engaging training programs aligned with adult learning theory and NYISO's mission and strategic objectives. Leadership Development: Design and launch a new training curriculum for first-time managers, scheduled for debut in the coming year. The Experience of Service as a Mentor Guide: In collaboration with the Guided Mentoring team, you will focus on engaging and supporting around 5-10 high school mentors in the curriculum and practices of the Guided Mentoring program. These activities will be delivered through weekly school day classroom programming and/or afterschool programming, as well as occasional out of school time adventure experiences.
