POSITION SUMMARY: The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and is responsible for overseeing organizational operations, ensuring program excellence, and translating strategy into effective execution. The COO partners closely with the CEO and leadership team to advance the mission, achieve contractual outcomes, and build a high-performing, innovative organization. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Operational & Organizational Leadership: · Serve as a core member of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to organizational strategy, decision-making, and problem-solving. · Oversee day-to-day operations across programs and departments to ensure efficiency, consistency, and alignment with mission and values. · Develop, implement, and refine operational policies, procedures, and systems to support organizational growth and sustainability. Strategic Planning & Execution: · Lead and support strategic planning efforts, translating strategic goals into operational plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes. · Monitor progress toward strategic objectives and adjust operational strategies as needed to ensure success. · Partner with the CEO and senior leaders to identify risks, opportunities, and long-term operational priorities. Data Monitoring & Performance Management: · Establish and oversee data monitoring systems to track program performance, operational efficiency, and contractual outcomes. · Use data and dashboards to inform decision-making, continuous improvement, and resource allocation. · Ensure timely and accurate reporting to leadership, funders, and other stakeholders as required. Program Development & Oversight: · Provide executive oversight of program development, implementation, and expansion in alignment with community needs and organizational strategy. · Collaborate with program leaders to ensure services are effective, compliant, and financially sustainable. Contractual Outcomes & Stakeholder Accountability: · Oversee operational performance related to grants and contracts, ensuring outcomes, deliverables, and performance measures are met or exceeded. · Partner with finance and program leadership to align operations with budgetary and contractual requirements. · Support funder and stakeholder relationships through strong operational performance and transparency. Leadership Development & Talent Growth: · Grow and develop leaders at all levels through coaching, mentoring, and professional development. · Build strong management systems that promote accountability, collaboration, and staff engagement. Innovation & Continuous Improvement: · Champion innovation in operations, programs, and service delivery models. · Identify and implement process improvements and technology solutions that increase efficiency and effectiveness. · Encourage creative problem-solving and adaptive thinking across the organization. Location: Pasco County Requirements WHAT YOU NEED: Education & Experience: · Bachelor's degree in business administration, Public Administration, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required; master's degree preferred. Clinical License preferred (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT). · Applicant must have nonprofit high-level leadership experience. · Minimum of 7-10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in a nonprofit, healthcare, behavioral health, or human services organization. · Demonstrated experience overseeing complex operations, multiple programs, and cross-functional teams. · Proven success in strategic planning, operational execution, and performance management. Preferred knowledge and understanding of trauma-informed principles and practices, including the importance of creating a safe environment, fostering trust, promoting collaboration, and empowering individuals. POSITION SUMMARY: This is an entry level position under the direct supervision of program management to provide transport for children in the CBC program and to assist the case management team. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Provide transportation for children in the CBC program. Assist the case management team with support services. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Be patient, and able to communicate well with children and parents. Be open-minded, culturally sensitive, and maintain a positive attitude. Stay organized, observant, and manage time efficiently. Hold a valid Florida driver's license, pass a DMV check, and be insurable. Use personal vehicle when required. Handle group dynamics effectively. Arrive on time and ready to work. Maintain and submit vehicle paperwork on time. Coordinate on-call transport as needed. Ensure car seat safety and provide training when necessary. Trained and authorized to access protected health information. Maintain client confidentiality and follow ethical practices. Use Microsoft Office, including Outlook Calendar. Practice safe driving and avoid traffic violations. Complete required training on time. Perform other tasks as needed to ensure client services. Location: Pasco County with offices located in Port Richey and Dade City. Requirements Education & Experience: High School diploma/GED required. A.A. preferred. Experience in Human Services or childcare preferred. Minimum Four years of driving history. Clean driving record Willing to submit to and pass a Level II Background Screening and Drug Urinalysis.
