Are you passionate about helping others heal through the power of art? Youth for Tomorrow is seeking dedicated Therapeutic Expressive Arts (TEA) and Therapeutic Worship Arts (TWA) interns and volunteers to join our team! This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of youth in need while developing your skills in the expressive arts field. If you're ready to bring creativity, compassion, and a spirit of service to your work, we want to hear from you.

Observe and document clients' therapeutic progress.
Maintain detailed records of each session, noting any significant emotional or behavioral changes, and helping to evaluate the effectiveness of different therapeutic techniques. This documentation is crucial for developing personalized treatment plans and ensuring that each client's needs are being met. Interns might also participate in students' education progress reports and contribute their observations and insights to the broader therapeutic team.
Be responsible for their professional development. This involves seeking regular supervision from the REAT supervisor, participating in training sessions, and staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of expressive therapies.
Be encouraged to reflect on their experiences, seek feedback, and continuously improve their skills and understanding of how creative arts can be used to foster emotional healing and personal growth.
