Position Summary:
The primary responsibility is to manage and lead the Payable functions of Youth Guidance, including not limited to Accounts Payable, Credit Card Management, Gift Card Management, and vendor relationships. The AP Manager will implement appropriate procedures to ensure financial fidelity and lead team members in the fulfillment of the division's goals.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements on a timely basis using the company's electronic payment AP tool, PaperSave.
Manage the billing for the organization's tuition-based program and its payment portal (ASAP), including providing customer service to both external customers and staff to ensure timely and accurate collection of payments
Responsible for the safeguarding, reconciliation, and replenishment of the organization's prepaid assets, including gift cards, parking passes, transit passes.
Maintaining accurate financial records and control reports; monitoring accounts for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Administer the company's central procurement account such as Amazon and catering companies for national procurement. Facilitates the Finance Training classes for YG employees.
Identify trends and opportunities to improve efficiency and control.
Acts as a liaison between our remote office team and onsite staff.
Maintains a strong, positive customer relationship with YG employees and vendors
Play critical role in selection and administration of agency's invoice and expense report processing system
Assists in the Agency's year-end audit and any ad-hoc audits as needed.
Performs additional duties and projects, as assigned by management
Minimum Qualifications:
Education/Experience/Training
Degree in Accounting/Business, or combination of training and experience
Minimum of 2-3 years of Accounts Payable/Receivable experience
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
Experience with PaperSave and Finance Edge preferred

Position Summary: The Human Resources Business Partner drives strategic recruitment, employee development, and retention efforts to attract and retain top talent. Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Leads full-cycle recruitment efforts for designated Youth Guidance program vacancies, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial interviews, assessing candidates, scheduling next-level interviews, and verifying references with a focus on providing an exceptional candidate experience.
Collaborates with program teams and HR partners to identify vacancies, create and post job descriptions in BambooHR, and build a strong candidate pipeline through active outreach, strategic marketing, and innovative sourcing methods.
Oversees employee offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions, conducting exit interviews, managing final paperwork, and tracking trends to support retention efforts, continuous improvement and a positive offboarding experience that reflects the organization's values.
Evaluates the quality of the candidate pool and adjusts sourcing strategies as needed, leveraging data and feedback to analyze the effectiveness of sourcing initiatives. Delivers actionable insights and recommendations.

Minimum Qualifications
Education/Experience
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years progressively responsible experience in the delivery of HR programs
Experience in the use of HRIS and ATS for effective HR processes

The Family Child Care Home (FCCH) program partners with local licensed home-based childcare providers and implements monitoring, training, technical assistance, and support to Early Head Start-funded children in their programs ages 0 to 3 years old.
The Child Development Specialist supports family childcare providers by ensuring that qualified staff are in place, and they have ongoing training and professional development to support staff in fulfilling their roles and responsibilities.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for providing support to EHS FCCH providers in the areas of education and disabilities
Responsible for collaborating with the staff to ensure that the family childcare centers meet and or exceeds all standards set forth by The Office of Head Start (OHS), the Department of Family and Support Services (DFSS), The Illinois Department of Child and Family Services (DCFS), and SGA Youth and Family
Ensures full implementation of the Curriculum and Teaching Strategies GOLD Assessments, and system data
Child Development Specialist must have a comprehensive understanding of the Curriculum and the ability to provide technical assistance and support in enhancing the curriculum as needed to meet children's developmental needs
Responsible for conducting quarterly monitoring of the education and disabilities services areas
Responsible for conducting no less than 2 monthly observations of EHS providers and providing feedback relating to developmentally appropriate practices for infants and toddlers, curriculum implementation, and teacher-child interactions.
Monitor provider credentials and oversee the ongoing professional development of teachers and teacher assistants.
Monitor and ensure proper documentation for children's education files, and ASQ assessment and screening of each child enrolled is completed
Monitor the progress of children with identified special needs and adjust plans (Interim intervention plans, behavior support plans, IEP and IFSP implementation plans, etc) as necessary to achieve positive gains.
Document in CSD CARES data as required by the program.
Support the program coordinator in providing the necessary reports to the funder of the program.
Assist in organizing and facilitating monthly meetings with the FCCH Providers and PPC members.
Participates in ongoing training and staff development provided by DFSS, EHS, and SGA workshops and conferences.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education:

Recruit and maintain a caseload of up to 20-24 children/pregnant mothers.
Conduct biweekly (weekly if needed) visits and submit weekly schedules.
Work jointly with the parent to obtain the necessary documentation needed to complete intake and other program requirements.
Assist in maintaining at minimum 100% enrollment rate throughout the program year utilizing various outreach and recruitment strategies.
Complete, update, and maintain all required Parent as Teacher (PAT), DFSS, program/agency forms.

Collaborate with the team, plan and facilitate monthly parent and child activities for Group Connections.

The Infant/Toddler Teacher is responsible for the care, supervision, and management of a class of Infants and Toddlers following the goals and curriculum plan. * Must have a minimum of an Infant Toddler Gateways Credential Level 5.
* Minimum of one-year of teaching experience.
* Experience supervising and leading classroom team in preparation and implementation of lesson plans for classroom activities covering all developmental areas: language, cognitive, physical, personal, social/emotional, and creative. Explore new curriculum ideas and implement the Project Approach along with the Creative Curriculum.
* Knowledge of childcare routines as carried out in a manner that is prompt, hygienic, and consistent with good child development principles. This includes routines related to diapering, hand washing, eating, napping, and transitioning between activities.
* Observe, document, and report appropriate aspects of and changes in the child's health, including but not limited to injuries, changes in physical appearance, and/or social behaviors. Fill out appropriate accident and incident reports on the day of occurrence. This is to include Active Supervision incidents.
* Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with peers, direct reports, children's parents, families, and community partners.

You'll be responsible for a mix of custodial, repair, maintenance, and inspection tasks across The Night Ministry's facilities and vehicles. This position is based primarily at our Open Door Shelter/West Town location but may involve support across other program sites.
Key responsibilities include:
Cleaning & Sanitation
Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in bathrooms, kitchens, offices, hallways, and common areas.
Replenish supplies and remove trash regularly.
Vacuum, sweep, mop, strip, and wax floors as needed.
Clean storage areas and perform occasional window, wall, and vent cleaning.
General Maintenance
Perform minor repairs in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Paint, change light bulbs, and maintain interior/exterior fixtures.
Conduct seasonal outdoor work (snow shoveling, mowing, litter pickup).
Assist with vehicle upkeep and documentation.
Drive agency vehicles for supply runs or scheduled maintenance.
Systems & Preventative Maintenance
Monitor and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems.
Schedule and perform routine system inspections and repairs.
Collaborate with the Facilities Manager on major repair needs or cost-saving recommendations.
Maintain logs and inspection records as needed.
Additional Duties
Grease trap and sump pump maintenance (in conjunction with contracts).
Support with agency events and supply management.
Participate in safety trainings, staff development sessions, and organizational meetings.
Respond to on-call maintenance needs when necessary.

Position Summary: The Grants Coordinator is pivotal in managing and expanding Youth Guidance's public sector funding. Career Pathway Coach-Project Prepare

The Career Pathway Coach works directly with youth and is responsible for the successful implementation of the Project Prepare program. The Career Pathway Coach collaborates closely with youth at an assigned school site and creates intentional services plans to support those youth in accessing relevant career pathways. The Coach facilitates group workshops and provides individualized support to empower students as they develop work readiness skills.
Schedule: 20 hours per week (until end of Fiscal year-June 30, 2025)
8:00am - 4:00pm
2 full days (8 hours each) at Julian High School
1 half-day (4 hours) for administrative tasks and documentation
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Maintain caseload of 10-15 participants at Julian High School
Contribute to the development and implementation of the Project Prepare program in conjunction with other Career Pathway Coach(es) and Program Manager
Coordinate recruitment and enrollment of program participants
Assess participant's job readiness and determine needs, provide career counseling, and assist participant with meeting long and short-term employment and educational goals
Provide individual and group-based career readiness training/workshops
Develop and execute professional curricula related to job skills and post-secondary education
Use labor market information and industry trends to help participants assess employment and educational opportunities
Build relationships with potential employers and coordinate the placement of well-prepared youth into those opportunities
Develop relationships with community partners and other stakeholders to support participant's goals
Coordinate supportive services and provide follow-up services to program participants
Prepare and maintain case file documentation throughout the duration of youth participation in the program, ensuring that data is entered in an accurate and timely manner
Conduct employer, postsecondary, and partner engagement activities, including, participation on local chambers of commerce, work groups, and networks

Minimum Qualifications
Education/Experience/Training
Bachelor's degree in a human service field from an accredited college/university and minimum of three years of relevant social service experience required; Master's degree in Social Work or related human service field preferred
One year of youth engagement experience
Significant experience in providing job skills training or post-secondary supports to high school students and/or young adults
Experience implementing programming through the Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act preferred
