In addition to major gift fundraising responsibilities, the Associate Director of Development manages the implementation of the organization's annual giving program and development-related event management.
While this position is primarily a fundraising role, it's also about building meaningful community connections, participating in internal and community-led fundraising events, and engaging community connections to enhance awareness and involvement. This position plays a key role in securing support from individual, foundation, corporate, civic, professional, and faith-based partners-ensuring every gift is acknowledged with heartfelt gratitude and every donor feels part of our mission.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify, cultivate, and solicit prospects to close major gifts of $10,000+ for top funding priorities. Maintain a significant prospect portfolio and strategically manage relationships through face-to-face and virtual visits to bring major solicitations to closure. Meet activity and revenue goals in collaboration with the Director of Development.
Produce timely, well-crafted proposals, budgets, contact reports, acknowledgement letters, emails, and stewardship materials that reflect CHN's gratitude and impact.

Represent Children's Home Network at community events, networking functions, and donor meetings to build visibility and strengthen relationships.

Intensive Home Based Therapeutic Care provides services to youth and young adults ages 6-22 who are experiencing emotional challenges and/or multi-stressed families. Open Sky's IHBTC services include flexible individualized treatment, rehabilitation including occupational therapy, supervision and supports that vary in intensity depending on the youths and families needs.
Open Sky supports clinicians who are working toward licensure! All applicants with a related Master's Degree are strongly encouraged to apply and speak with a recruiter about career pathing, free CEU's and licensure reimbursement!
The clinician will be trained to take the lead in providing Wraparound Services and providing two to three hours per week for a minimum of five youth and their families. They will work alongside a dedicated, clinically sophisticated workforce and have opportunities to build clinical best practices and be a part of a long-term team utilizing the principles of Wraparound and other evidence-based practices. They also exhibit Open Sky's commitment to racial equity, justice, diversity, and inclusion in the work they perform.
Other Key Responsibilities:
Travel and conduct in-home family therapy.
Work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Coordinate and monitor individual treatment plans in collaboration with the youth's treatment team.
Participate in on-call rotation.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Social Services field, valid driver's license, and acceptable driving record required. Ability to work effectively with collaterals and partner agencies such as the Department of Mental Health (DMH), and educational facilities.
