Brian Neupaver serves as Chief Operations Officer, responsible for operations, implementation, and communications between corporate management and all residential facilities. Mr. Neupaver monitors systems and best practices. Prior to joining Youth Opportunity Investments, LLC, Mr. Neupaver served as Chief Operating Officer of G4S Youth Services. Mr. Neupaver managed the successful operations for thirty-two residential facilities in four states. Mr. Neupaver has over twenty years of experience managing residential facilities creating outcomes for youth in need. Mr. Neupaver is active in various charitable and community endeavors.

Dan Zachary serves as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since the founding of Youth Opportunity Investments, LLC. Prior to joining Youth Opportunity, Mr. Zachary served as an Audit Manager and Consultant with the International Public Accounting Firm BDO. Mr. Zachary provides strategic and operational direction in finance and growth initiatives. He has also served as CFO for various corporations in the Healthcare industry and related service industries. He is a registered, licensed CPA and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and various State CPA associations.

Gary D. Sallee serves as Chief Legal Officer. Gary brings more than 30 years of experience in managing sophisticated legal matters for businesses. Gary is licensed in California and Indiana, and he anticipates admission to the bar of Tennessee. In addition to being ranked by his peers at the top levels of the legal industry, Gary is an experienced entrepreneur who has owned and operated several successful businesses throughout the United States of America, including a world-class sports marketing company, two record labels, two IndyCar racing teams, a NASCAR team, and an early-stage internet-based call-center-centric information company. Gary brings his vast business experience to support our best-in-class services.
